Whether itā€™s families looking to make memories, friends reconnecting or a couples retreat looking for a relaxing getaway everyone will enjoy their stay with three King beds, a Queen bed, Full over Full bunk and a Queen sleeper in the living area. With over 1,980 sq ft, thereā€™s plenty of room for your entire group to enjoy their own slice of paradise!



Phoenix Orange Beach 1606 not only has impeccable interiors but it offers jaw dropping views too! Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 16th floor with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit and directly overlooking the Phoenix Orange Beach Lazy River. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the spacious balcony with 3 chaise lounges and outdoor dining for 6.



We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65ā€ flat screen smart HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" smart HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen bed and full over full bunk in the 4th bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All beds offer our white linen program so you'll have fresh white linens during your stay.



Phoenix Orange Beach offers a zero entry outdoor pool with a cork screw water slide, a lazy river, a zero entry heated indoor swimming pool, two large Jacuzziā€™s and BBQ grills all beachside. Next to the lobby on the second floor youā€™ll find the state-of-the-art fitness center with beach views and there are tennis court on the 10th floor with a fabulous breeze and canal views to enjoy while you play.



Phoenix Orange Beach is located in the heart of Orange Beach and just steps away from the beachfront restaurant Coastal! Conveniently located across the street from 3 grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and more.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. You are allowed to purchase up to THREE parking passes with this four bedroom unit, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season or during peak times like spring or fall break.

Great Spot!

This was a beautiful place with an amazing view. We had a group of 14 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. I had a question prior to arriving and got a very quick response. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This is the 2nd time weā€™ve stayed in this condo. Hopefully we can get it booked for next year too! It is super nice and fits our family well. We love the ice maker (great for keeping our small coolers for the beach filled). The kitchen has everything you can think of.

Our family has an excellent time and enjoyed the condo and all of the amenities of the Phoenix property. The corner view from the 16th floor was wonderful! My grandchildren loved the lazy river. Strongly recommend this condo in Orange Beach!

Great Orange Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our family, with the kids and the grandkids. Lots of room, very comfortable. Very large balcony, with wraparound windows from the balcony to the side - great view. Kids and grands had great time in the pool and lazy river with the water slide too, and obviously just steps to the beach. If you can afford it, renting the beach chairs and umbrellas every day works out great.

Great Condo

This was the perfect condo for a large group looking to stay close together, but allow for multiple avenues for the group to explore. The access to the beach, pool, and lazy river made keeping kids entertained super easy! The condo had everything we needed to make our week stay feel like home!

Absolutely a great place for the whole family, young and old. Location close to many shopping and eating areas. The condo was very nicely decorated and the elevator wait was not an issue. The lazy River, pool, water slide, indoor pool and hot tub was enjoyed by the grandkids so much. I will definitely be back again.

We have stayed in Phoenix resorts for the past 3 years. We love what the different resorts offer, Ex. lazy river, ocean front, fitness center and parking garage. Each property has been clean...had trouble with property manager returning calls was the only problem. we had.

Family stay during the off season

Our family stayed during Christmas week and had a great time! The off season is a nice time to visit OB/Gulf Shores. The property has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. the kitchen is stocked, there is a full sized washer and dryer and the views from this end unit can't be beat! Complex is in a super location with restaurants and grocery stores across the street The lazy river and outdoor pool are not heated so were not usable but there is an indoor pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Listing was as advertised. Only thing I can complain about was the garbage disposal needed reset and there was no Allen wrench. Minor complaint. Only other thing is Iā€™m not a fan of the bracelet policy but again, minor. Property is worth a stay, you will enjoy it.

One of the shower liners was completely filthy. Had brown water stains all over it. Tried to communicate with the owner to get access code and they took forever to respond. I said it was urgent. Very bad communication skills. Door handles/knobs needed to be updated. Stains on bedside tables. Was gorgeous views but the condo needed to be deep cleaned more!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay and the photos are beautiful. However, I think things would have made it nicer. It would be better to make sure bathroom rugs are cleaned. Sheets not on beds completely. One paring knife for cutting was not sufficient. Plenty of large knives but one paring knife! Outside furniture and balcony need to be addressed. I would not eat off that table. One side table broken on arrival. Check in was difficult. I found this property on Vrbo (or one that is not Brett Robinson) which made check in harder. Alcohol in the pool (lazy river) was out of control. There was not enough room for the drunk adults with kids to allow others to enjoy. Pool closed for broken glass yet big coolers loaded with jugs of tequila allowed or not checked. This unit is right across from trash chute. Everyoneā€™s trash leaked liquids by many made for unpleasant comings and goings. Before our stay was over, it stunk from the trash itself.
