Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65ā€ flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Beach Vacation

Eleven family members stayed in the condo. Plenty of beds, seating and kitchen supplies. We loved the fourth floor making it easy to access the beach and pool and still have a great view. This is our fourth time staying in 405 and hope to make next year our fifth!!

Condo very nice, loved the balcony and view, pool, hot tubs, lazy river and slide all wonderful Loved our stay. Wonderful beach. In our queenā€™s bedroom on the right, the ceiling light flickered badly, our bathroom had no toilet paper holder which was inconvenient. The barā€™s ice maker had mold in the back of it so we never used that ice. The refrigerator ice was good. Also our bathroom toilet didnā€™t flush well. Hopefully these things will be fixed or cleaned and someday we can come back.

Weā€™ve stayed at this property before, though in a different unit. This particular unit was missing some kitchen essentials, such as a blender and a pitcherā€”we purchased a pitcher and left it there. On the positive side, it did have both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, as well as a crock pot for guest use.There were a few maintenance concerns: the stove was greasy along the back where the controls are, and there was visible grease on the cabinet and ceiling above it. One guest bedroom was missing a nightstand lamp (the lamp was broken and left in the closet), and one of the bathroom hairdryers was not working.The living room, however, had new furniture and everything else about the unit was great. Overall, I would recommend that the owners do a thorough inventory and replace any missing or damaged items, as the location and amenities make this a wonderful place to stay.

Nice but needs some maintenance

Nice condo and facilities. Lots of small things need attention. Dryer takes all day to dry. Light over stover and light in freezer doesnā€™t work. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans pretty much worn out. Otherwise was enjoyable.

Disappointed

When we arrived it took us quite a while to get lamps to work. We discovered that all of them had been unplugged. Also, there were several light bulbs out. I had to buy batteries for several remote controls for the televisions. Most were either dead or missing.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo, furniture was brand new, different couches from booking photos (they look like they are now updated), also there is a review about the beds being old, those are new too. Overall great experience with condo itself. Had everything we needed. There were a few small things that could have been better. In the condo one of the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was also loose. These didn't impact our stay but are just small signs of age. The building overall was great, it is showing some signs of age but everything appeared to be well taken care of. The pool was nice and hot-tub and lazy river were as advertised. Beach access was super easy as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great location

This condo is a great location. Right on the beach with a pool, lazy river, and water slide. Very close to restaurants and grocery. I usually like to stay in smaller condo complexes but didn't have any issues getting an elevator during our stay. Only one day was the beach so full that we walked down to the public beach. The ice machine was a nice added feature that we really appreciated. Our complaints are minor but we reached out to the property manager on Tuesday about not being able to get the remote to work due to dead batteries and never heard a word back. Also, the kitchen is not stocked for preparing food. No measuring spoons, dull knives, etc. Again, our complaints are minor and we enjoyed the property for the most part.

We had family scattered in other rooms so my wife, mom and I stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Since we didnā€™t go out much the kitchen was not stocked well. On the pics we saw a coffee pot and a kueric but it didnā€™t have it so we purchased one at Walmart. The main building not set up for handicap accessibility. If we did leave we had to go get the car and come to the garage door closest to the room. But all in all a good time my brother and myself both went up and down over 3 times to get a parking pass. No one at the desk

I stayed in the master and actually slept on the couch a couple nights bc it was just too hard. I compare it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. Second the filth under the furniture in the bedrooms. Those areas had not been cleaned in a long time!!! There was a dirty sock under a dresser and a single flip flop under a bed along with months of dust, dirt and sand. The living/dining room furniture was comfortable and clean underneath. ( did not check under couches). Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. Los of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was even a large crockpot and really good pot for boiling seafood. It is conveniently located to several grocery stores and Walmart. As well as many restaurants! We had dinner at Bahama Bobs 1 night. Itā€™s a bit of a drive (or Uber). But itā€™s absolutely worth it! We eat there every time we go to this area! I selected ā€œdo not recommend ā€œ solely on the beds. It was a problem for many.

Hairs in showers, stains on bed sheets, covers, pillows, towels, dining room chairs and even the bed skirts. We had gnats the first few days because of food left in the sink. Beds were horrible. Everybody wanted to sleep on the couch because of how poorly the beds slept. You can feel the bed springs in them and pillows are paper thin. Overall a good location. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants right across the street.

We were there with our grand children so we cooked in quite a bit. The pots & pans were old & worn out. The dishes could use an upgrade also. With that said, the condo, the property as a whole, parking was great. I thought it was totally cheesy that everyone had to wear wristbands for the entire week. I understand the security part but try keeping a wristband on a 7, 4, and 2 year old. That needs to change.
