Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances plus a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig and Lenox China, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

THE location and the beach view were great! The deck was big and safe, however there were only two comfortable chairs available for eight adults. The other chairs on the deck were for the pinic table and they were not comfortable. I would recommend future guest bring some comfortable portable camping chairs. The inside of the unit was beautiful, but it was not clean.Our small kids feet were black from the tile floor.A deep cleaning of the whole unit would help impress future renters. We found mold in the ice maker at the wet bar.The kitchen was nice but the pots and pans need to upgraded. All the non-stick surface was wore off.The staff of the unit were great. A Maintence worker came up to our room at 11:30 PM to unlock our bathroom door that accidenty locked.All recommendations are made in the hopes your future renter will have even a better stay !

The condo was nice and very conveniently located. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults. The only issue we had was towels, we had enough for the first few nights, but when we tried to wash them the washer was out of balance and wouldn’t wash them. We swapped them out with housekeeping, which was an easy remedy. Would stay here again.

Great location

the location was perfect. All 10 of us were not very happy with cleaniliness of the floors through the house you couldn’t even walk from your clean just taken shower across the room without the bottom of your feet being black. They need to reprimand their cleaning crew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Orange Beach every October for the past 11 years. We stay in a Phoenix building each time. This was our first time in Phoenix Orange Beach, and the facility and accommodations were great. Getting to the beach was easy. Unfortunately the weather was much cooler than previous years so we were only able to enjoy the beach one of the five days we were there. The rental unit itself was nice. The balcony is very relaxing, and it is nice being in a corner unit. The kitchen didn't have some of the the things we would expect, such as a coffee pot. It had a Keurig, but it didn't have a refillable pod where we could use our coffee grounds, so we would have had to buy the k-cups. There also were not any hot pads/oven mitts or dish rags for dishes we wanted to wash when we didn't have enough to run the dish washer. As far as cleanliness, everything was in pretty good condition, however, the couch could use a good cleaning. Also, I had messaged the owner through the VRBO app before the trip with a question but never received a reply, but I was able to find the answer through another resource, and I messaged again during our stay and never heard back. I later reread the check-in email that said to email him or call with questions, so he may not utilize the VRBO messaging option, so keep that in mind if you need to reach out. Overall, fantastic unit and building. 5th floor was a great option to see the beach well without being so far up thar elevator times take long. We would love to stay in this unit again!

Our new favorite was walking down to Coastal for a frozen cocktail. The property is well maintained and clean. The common spaces always clean. We enjoy this condo because of the convenient parking and the fastest elevators on the beach. Two things - there is no coffee maker, but there is Keurig. The vacuum cleaner was not working so it was hard to clean up sand. There was nine of us and we never felt crowded. Love this unit.

Very basic, not a lot of essentials in the room. The vacuum did not work, at all. Which reflected on the floors cleanliness. A huge complaint is no real coffee pot, they have a Keurig but not a normal pot. The ice machine didn't work and had mold growing inside of it. A plus side was all the beds were extremely comfortable!I would not stay here again.

Grandmother, Daughters and Grandkids Trip

Loved the condo, location and parking. Our beach guy was great! We didn't like that others were able to set up in front of people that rented chairs. We had to walk through their set up to get back and forth to the water. We will be back!!

Excellent location, customer service, amenities, clean building, friendly staff and so much more! 501 was a great unit. It had everything we needed (except scissors & a small pot to cook in). The floors were the cleanest we’ve ever seen and the unit as a whole was clean. No complaints!

Spring Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an introductory trip to Orange Beach for our three year old grandson. He is a Pacific Northwest resident so we wanted him to experience our fluffy white sand beaches. Our accommodations help to make this trip a special memory for him and his parents, Aunt and grandparents. Our unit was clean and functional. There are some minor repairs that need to be attended to, but not anything that would cause a disruption at this point. I would recommend this unit for any future visitors to Orange Beach. It is so convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Sadly disappointed

We were so excited to have a great Spring Break with family and friends and We were sadly disappointed in the condo, not well cleaned at all. Lots of stains on couch and loungers, rips, dirty shower curtains, mold in ice maker. Sent a message through Vrbo to management company and did not hear back.

Great property

This property was beautiful! The bedrooms were set up great and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was super convenient. The location was awesome. Right on the beach but also right by restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. It was nice having the parking garage on the same level as our room but also easy access to the beach and pools. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Our entire groups enjoyed our week on the beach.

Disappointed

We planned a family vacation. We had 10 people staying in the condo. The beds where described as queen size bed, they were full size. When you have 2 grown adult men sharing a full size bed it's not very comfortable. There were dust/hair balls in the corner of the rooms. There was water in front of the windows in one of the rooms. We assumed from condensation on the window or maybe a leak from the bathroom. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, baking pans, etc. The couch and furniture need to be replaced or steam cleaned. There were several stains of who knows what. I have stayed in several Phoenix resorts. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

The process for getting room access codes and parking passes was really easy and convenient. We liked the Orange Beach location due to shopping being really close. The fact you exit your condo door into a large hallway versus an exposed balcony was nice. The property was clean and well maintained and elevator speed and access was never an issue. This location had two indoor hot tubs and small wading pool and that was used a lot. The check out process was easy and we feel like this was one of best properties we have stayed in so far.
