Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
