Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65ā€ flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great room

Our whole family went on vacation. The room was great the location was perfect. Great access to pool/beach. We were on the 3 rd floor and could park on that floor and easy access to the vehicle. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Perfect for us

This unit was the perfect size for our family. We have teens, young adults, parents, and a grandparent. Each of us had a bed and plenty of space to relax. The condo building had fun amenities and was on the beach!

3rd floor was GREAT. Host was great and accommodating. Condo was not clean. Dirty towels in closets, dirty dishes, bedding was dirty, all rugs in the whole condo were gross.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us including kids and grand kids and it was our first time staying in a condo. We had a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and we really could have used one more bedroom and bath. Iā€™ll go for a bigger one next time since there are so many of us. There were a few things that came up while staying there but nothing that would keep us from coming again. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen could have used some additional items like plastic bowls with lids for our watermelon and cantaloupe. There was only one hand towel for the kitchen and 2 dish rags and no pot holders. Our shower looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned as there was soap left on the shelf inset. We appreciated the parking garage. Honestly it was a good week with family and other than a few things noted we would stay again.

Beautiful corner condo

The condo is beautiful. The AC works great. The condo could have used more utensils and pots/pans but overall had basics. The ice maker was great! The washer and dryer were not the best, it took a bit of time to figure out the washer and the dryer could have been better. It took three tries to dry towels. Overall it was a great stay! I would book it again.

Wonderful trip!! Wonderful condo!! Weā€™ve rented many condos throughout the US and this was one of the nicest weā€™ve had. Only complaint would be how loud the washer was. Other than thatā€¦amazing viewā€¦loved the lazy river and the condo was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

We struggled making breakfast and dinner for 8 people with the cookware and quality of cookware provided. Shag rugs need a deep clean. My sister wanted to make sure I let everyone know that the rear bedroom has a window that is adjacent to the interior hall. The lights in the hall are always on and the window blind does not block this light.

Our grandson loved the pool and Iā€™m sure if the weather had been warmer he would have loved the lazy river! Beach access is perfect! Lots of shops close by & a variety of grocery stores & restaurants with in walking distance! Unit was clean & comfortable! Washing machine doesnā€™t handle multiple beach towels but worked well otherwise! Grills outdoors (smelled great)! Fitness center was nice too! Our group parasailed with / and loved the experience & the crew was great! Highly recommend! Coastal restaurant & Zekeā€™s & Moeā€™s original BBQ across the street were great places to eat! We are ready to go back soon! FloraBama has great entertainment too!

3rd annual family trip to Orange Beach

The Phoenix Orange Beach building and facilities are wonderful. We would strongly recommend. This was the third year we stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach. Everyone loves the beach, lazy river and pool. It is conveniently located to shopping and activities. On the day it was cloudy and rainy we went to an escape room. Kids loved it. Mobile is close and offers Top Golf and the USS Alabama. The Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola is definitely worth seeing. Parasailing and dolphin watching are also near by. I loved walking the beach and sitting on the deck at sunrise and sunset. We ranged in age 14 to 72 and all of us enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs a good overhaul/cleaning. Needs new kinds of sheets on the bed, so uncomfortable. Stains on comforter. Food under couches and under furniture. Toilet paper roll broken in one of the bathrooms. Several broken slats on outdoor furniture. Floors sticky and very dirty. Hairs in showers. Pots and Pans are very old, and not enough utensils for 12 people. No mixing bowls - I ended up leaving mine for the next guests. Also too much decor/clutter on tables but that is minor. Honestly, it's a beautiful view from balcony and the kids loved the lazy river and slide. We have stayed at several phoenix locations for years and this is by far an older property and not well maintained. I would not stay at this location again. But we made the best of it and had a great time on the beach and by the pool. I feel like the owners need to go in an do a revamp on furniture and kitchen needs.

Excellent property for families

We fully enjoyed the beach location and the views from every room. Also important is the fact the condo is right across from 3 supermarkets and most of the restaurants in the area. You can walk over. Lazy river and two large hot tubs were great after the beach. Nice dishes and pans for cooking ok but no condiments. I wish Iā€™d brought more basics with me-toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc.

Grocery stores, several restaurants, Starbucks... all just across the road. This unit made for a wonderful stay. Every unit that we have stayed in through Phoenix Vacation Properties has been awesome.

Love it!!

Everyone in our 8 person party was impressed and loved all the space this condo provided. As two combined families, we needed plenty of space. This corner unit had amazing views and the balcony was so nice to sit and eat breakfast or sip a glass of wine. SOOOO convenient to have a parking spot on the third floor. Would love to come back again!

Shopping areas were close to us, and the parking right at our door was very convenient. The office was closed when we arrived so we didnā€™t meet the property manager, but he was responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. The condo itself is roomy and easily accommodated six women. It would have been nice to have more starter supplies ā€” toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, salt and pepper, etc. We arrived late and tired! But, all in all, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit! Thank you!

The indoor pool, hot tub, and lazy river were perfect for the younger kids to play in for a change of scenery from the beach. The only constructive criticism we can offer the owners is that the floors should be deep cleaned between each stay and some of the nic-naks could be removed from the tables to provide a calmer setting. The stunning views and the artwork are plenty decor! Overall it was the perfect place for our large family!
