Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 70" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen and triple Twin bunk in the 4th bedroom, for sleeping up to 13. We also allow a guest to sleep on the sofa for up to 14 in the condo.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have another 3br unit on this 5th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The Condo was very nice and big enough for our large family. The parking was great for us (on the same floor) and the pool area was great for the kids. The only thing lacking in this condo is the cookware/kitchen area. There is not enough for a large family.

Everything was great. Only thing was that we had texted and emailed days before to add another day to our trip and they didn’t get back to us until the final day of our trip just to tell me it had been booked for the day we wanted it. Took them about a week to get back to us.

Great condo!

Being on the third floor corner condo was so easy to get to beach!! Also the added ease of parking on same floor works great! The condo fit four couples and two young children perfectly. I’d recommend this condo!

Beds were probably the most comfortable beds that I have laid on in any condo. Elevators are quick without any delay. The pool was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was as awesome as advertised! Amenities were excellent quality and allowed my family of 8 adults and 6 children to enjoy the beach vacation. The pool area at Phoenix Orange Beach II is perfect with an indoor pool, outdoor pool with a slide, a splash pad for the young kids, and a lazy river! It's right across the street from ice cream, donuts, a liquor store, and a couple restaurants, and a short drive to a Publix and many more restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend Phoenix Orange Beach II and this condo in particular!

A very enjoyable stay.

The property was so beautiful that my brother-in-law began to cry when we entered it.. Just to see the sunrise and sunset on the water was amazing. My siblings, who are in their 60"s had never been to Florida or Alabama before. It was my pleasure to treat them. The only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper and the desk would not give us any. They told us to call the owner. I would be happy to stay here again.

Overall experience was wonderful. I do recommend having more cleaning supplies and dish towels. There was only 1 dish towel and nothing to wipe down anything with. Also there was a broom but no dust pan.

Fun and Easy

I had a wonderful time with my friends of 30+ years. Being on the 3rd floor was a big bonus, basically the first row of condos. It was easy to access your car, the beach, the pool and lazy river. It was sparkling clean when we got there, lots of comfy seating on the deck, where we spent a lot of time. All 8 of us rented chairs and umbrellas for 4 days, a must for our age group, it’s very difficult to drag chairs and umbrellas out there every day. The umbrella guy set them up in a nice semi-circle for us. The lazy river was fun the gulf was warm and clear, not overly wavy, all in all great fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful after I called twice and emailed once. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was not satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It was not a new complex. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is not worth the money you are charging. There were small flies everwhere! The hole in the hallway floor was a nuisance and a trip hazard all week. The pocket door between the jack and a Jill bathroom didn’t hatch so privacy was impossible. We got a letter from security for leaving our beach wagon and chairs in the hall by the door which is absurd since then we had to bring everything into the condo which made the hallway even tougher to navigate again due to hole in the floor. Having Queen beds in the bedrooms were great but that made getting into each closet impossible to use the closets Date of arrival - October 04, 2025Reservation ID: #RES-92858

Condo was a great size for 11 women. View was amazing and we loved the lazy river. We also loved the location and easy access to parking garage. We did have some issues. Sand was everywhere when we first walked in. It looked as if the cleaning company did not sweep and mop before we got there. Guest toilet broke the first day and thankfully one of my friends (who is very handy) was able to repair it. There weren’t enough towels for showers for all of us so we had to wash towels daily. This was annoying. The tile at the front door is lifting up from the floor. I was worried someone would trip and fall. So we tried to be careful walking in and out of the condo. Lastly, the pocket door to one of the restrooms came off the track and we couldn’t get it back on. So we had to sleep with door open to Jack and Jill bathroom. Again, annoying. For the amount of money, I don’t know if we would stay again.

305 Orange Beach

Phoenix Orange Beach was amazing! Lazy River, Slide were awesome. We had a wonderful time. Here are a few things we were not a fan of. Comforters needed cleaning. No dressers except in master. Coat hooks would have been nice for clothing. We had to call for hangers and they were brought within 1/2 hour. Outdoor wicker furniture was broke and table rusted. Definitely need to be replaced. A few handles off bathroom drawers. Toaster did not work. The unit was beautiful but the tile was like a polished tile. Very slick. Also a sweeper would have been nice to have, not just a broom and swifter. All in all we had a great time!!!

We had a couple of issues, and she responded within minutes and had the issues taken care of quickly. Cannot say enough great things about her and her company. The condo was very clean and had stunning views. The security person at the pool was very annoying and if you didn't have your wristband on he would make you go get them. He was not nice to the kids on the slide and was very gruff. Other than him, it was a wonderful week and the facility was amazing. Would definitely return.

The Lazy River and Slide was perfect for the big kids and little ones as well. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. We did wish the kitchen had pot holders, scissors and a few more cooking utensils. The guest rooms needs more drawers for clothes. Other than that it was an awesome experience and vacation. We will definitely look at booking this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for two family's of four. Kids were 16/17 and 11/13. Plenty of room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were always on top of each other. Being on the 3rd floor is super convenient for parking and not constantly needing the elevators. We have stayed in other units in the past on higher up floors and elevators can be a pain with new arrivals and people leaving. Views are perfect for the beach. We never were up early enough but you should be able to get great sunrises too. Unit had everything we needed for our stay with regards to dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Also had a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Overall property is really nice and clean. The hot tub at the indoor pool is smaller than other Phoenix properties we have stayed at in the past. Outdoor water slide and lazy river are great. Overall you can’t go wrong with staying in this particular unit or a phoenix property in general.
