Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from the master bedroom. Listen to the peaceful sound of the waves at night and you will sleep like a baby. The master has a king size bed and private bathroom (tub & shower). The master also has private balcony access via a sliding glass door. You will love the view of the beach and ocean from the master.

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen (all stainless steel appliances) with an amazing view of the beach and ocean as you prepare a meal or a drink. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils you will need. We also have a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender and a digital air fryer oven/toaster. The dining table seats six and there are four bar stools, giving you enough room to seat a total of ten people.

The vaulted ceiling in the living room gives the room a spacious feel. And the view? The full length window provides the best view you will find anywhere along the Grand Strand!

The unit has a screened entry area as you enter. The entry area has a closet with a full washer and dryer, so doing laundry is a breeze. There are also cabinets filled with beach toys (shovels, buckets, etc.). We also provide several beach chairs, a beach umbrella or two, and two coolers (large and small) for your enjoyment.

Our complex has only 12 units, and the buildings surrounding us are also small. This means our beach is less crowded and you can spread out, relax, and play in the sand and ocean while you enjoy a perfect vacation. This is especially nice for families with children.

We are sure you will love staying at our home. We take pride in our second home and we are looking for guests who will take care of our home-away-from-home while enjoying a nice vacation on a relaxing beach. Our building has many long-time family owners who work hard to keep a well-maintained complex.

For your convenience, Coastal Condos is located less than a mile from the condo and will handle all the rental details including check-in and check-out, providing you with your keys, parking passes, and all sanitized linens (towels and bed sheets). They can also help you with recommendations and questions during your stay-Cindy or Shane at Coastal Condos are lifelong residents of the area and can provide all the information you need for a memorable vacation. We are dog friendly from September through May (2 well-behaved small dogs maximum).

The primary guest must be age 25 or over. We cater to families who want to enjoy a nice vacation at the beach. House parties are strictly prohibited!

Due to HOA rules, no motorcycles are allowed on the property.

NOTE: Our unit is on the third (top) floor, and there is no elevator on the property.
