Three bedrooms have two full size beds and one bedroom has a king bed. This home has an updated beachy decor to keep you in paradise even once you've come off the beach. The kitchen has updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The front porch is accompanied with rocking chairs that are perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sun rise from the back porch in your rail height adirondacks. Underneath the house is a shady oasis with a large TV, outdoor furniture, picnic table, gas grill, and swing next to the gorgeous saltwater pool. The pool is 12x20 with LED lights and resort style loungers while being accented with edison lights under the back deck. The pool is not heated but is open all year long. Just off the pool deck is a grassy area for our furry friends to lounge or to set up a tent to sleep under the stars and hear the waves crash in the distance. This property sits on a large channel great for kayaking and fishing from its private dock. Enjoy the early morning sunrise overlooking the channel and then start fishing for dinner right out of your backyard. If you strike out fishing, then soak up the sun rays on the beach which is just a short stroll. You can't beat waking up to glistening waters in the morning and a starry night under a Palmetto Moon.

Bedroom 4: One King Size Bed, 1 32inch TV. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

I do provide a beach wagon & 3 beach chairs in the storage room for tenants but do not guarantee the condition of the chairs as it is not part of the house keepers job requirements. I just ask that tenants are respectful and take care of the chairs by washing them off and placing them back in the room.

Q: How far of a walk is it to the beach?
A: Roughly 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. At the end of the street is a public beach access.

Q: Do you provide linens?
A: Guests must provide their own towels & bed linens (bed sheets & pillow cases). There are 6 full/double size beds and 1 king bed. Queen size sheets would work as well for the full/double beds.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Pets are allowed but only dogs and there is a nonrefundable deposit per pet.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No
