Come kick back and enjoy our ground floor ocean front condo at latitude 33.8 on the Atlantic ocean in Cherry Grove Beach. Tile floors through out keeps it pleasant for you and your doggy. Comfy sofa and chair with wi-fi TV for streaming and Spectrum local TV. Dining for two at the spacious windows. Step onto the patio deck with metal picket fencing that allows your doggy to sit safely with you. This opens to a large deck with more patio tables and chairs, a shower and hose and the walkway to the beach. The kitchen has standard features of full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Dishes, cookware, and cutlery to fit most needs. The bedroom has a king bed with bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom has ample closet, chest of drawers and a smart TV. The bathroom is standard size with walk-in shower, tile throughout. Linens are provided with your rental except for beach towels and your dog linens. We do have sofa and chair covers in place. We have carefully selected surfaces and materials that make this jewel dog friendly without compromising human comforts.
This dog friendly vacation rental in north Myrtle beach can comfortably sleep 2 people in a one king bedroom one bath. The condo has a full kitchen laundry television internet and large open deck where Fido can get fresh air! Linens and towels are provided, please note there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guest will receive a 100% refund if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
A 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before the arrival date. Guest may check in anytime after 2pm and check out by 10am.
If you are traveling with a pet (dogs only) I need the age, breed and size. I need this information at the time of the inquiry.
We do not take 2 large dogs in a unit between May 15-September 15. We cannot rent to Pit-bulls or Rottweilers. We do not rent to dogs less than one year old. We do not rent to cats. We are dog friendly so Bring Fido.

Owners are prompt in their responses. Prior to going I had a minor question about kitchen items and they reached out very soon after msg was sent. The unit we were in was first floor making beach and vehicle access extremely easy. The beach is a short walk from the building. Because the area is mainly houses, the beach is not at all crowded. We actually left our beach chairs on the deck and did not need to drag sandy items into our place. The unit was well stocked with needed cooking supplies including an air fryer and 2 different types of coffee pots. The AC worked perfectly. While the building ia pet friendly we did not bring ours but will next time. My boyfriend had been there before and did bring his dog in the past. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great visit

The location on the ground floor is wonderful. My dog loved to go out on the patio and lay on the sun. The other guests in the building were super nice. I will be staying there in the future.

Great Location

We were on the first floor which allowed an ease when we took our dog for a walk. We had that bonus of an iron railing around our patio so the dog was free to roam there and see all the activity.

Relaxing Event

My husband and I enjoyed the stay just sitting out on the front of the apartment was wonderful. The sun came in in the morning and at night it was so peaceful not too much wind we could sit out whenever we wanted to the path up to the beach was a little wobbly for me, but it was a nice view. What a view of the ocean such a relaxing time it was all that we needed.

Decent spot to stay

So..overall, if you need a dog friendly place to stay and you want direct beach access, this is a good option. The host was initially very communicative and nice. The beach access was nice, but the first day or two, the beach grass was very overgrown and was frustrating to walk through. As far as the inside goes…it was less than desirable. We checked in and I immediately was disappointed. The comforter on the bed appeared to be dirty and did not smell clean. I checked the sheets and there was hair of some kind all over the sheets and comforter. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed. I decided to check the rest of the bedding, and looked at the pillows and was completely shocked by what I found. Both of the main pillows were old and urine stained. The two pillows with the shams on them were clean looking, so we used those. I had a very difficult time with the lack of desire to keep the basics clean or replaced appropriately. Especially for the price we paid. Everything was very outdated and dingy, but the counters and sink were very nice, oddly enough. The bed was the most horribly uncomfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept on. I woke up in pain every day I was there and often had to try and get some sleep on the couch. The lock on the front door was constantly a concern, as it did not seem very secure, but once we figured it out, it was okay. If I had to stay here again, I would either bring my own sheets or I would ask for proof of updates.

Whole Experience was Great!

The unit was set up perfectly. Large Comfy King Bed. Kitchen in between family room and bedroom Family room with large windows to watch the sun come. The beach was quiet and we could easily go searching for shells

A friend Jacqui Isbell cares for the property as she lives locally in NMB, Cherry Grove area.

This is important instructions about your dog.
If you are traveling with a dog, you must give age and breed for consideration in your inquiry. We cannot approve your request without this information.

We have no stairs and tile floors throughout making it very dog friendly.
Our living room has a comfy sofa and chair as well as a dining set for two. We have added sofa and chair covers to accommodate the dogs.
There is ample cabinet space, and a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom.
Kitchen has full size refrigerator, The stove is new and has a convection oven, also a microwave and sink with garbage disposal. Both kpod and drip maker for coffee. Air fryer, pots and pans, blender and dishes provided. There is an iron.
Bedroom has king size bed, smart TV and closet. Lamps and side tables along with new ceiling fan.
Bathroom is full sized features with a new walk-in shower, also a hand held wand to provide doggie baths if needed.
Ocean side door leads out to a large community deck with your own fenced private area so your dog can enjoy the area with you. A patio table and 2 chairs in this private space. The latched gate from the patio opens to the large deck.
Washer and dryer on same floor. Outdoor shower and hose on large ocean side deck.
Again, let me know if you have a dog for consideration. If so, age and breed please before I can approve. If dog is a mix breed I need to know identification traits No German Shepards, Pit Bulls, American Bulldog, Rottweiler.

If you do not have a dog, keep in mind, We are dog friendly and most guest do have a dog traveling with them. They are approved dogs and family companions.

I fell in love with this after staying several times. When I found the owner was selling, I jumped at the chance to purchase. Providing a place where owners could take their dog was the most appealing thing. We are happy that we can provide this for folks who are traveling and on vacation.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Having ocean front, dog friendly, small low rise with awesome owners and guest makes it so unique and hard to find. As humans, we like being able to bring our dogs with us when we travel and this place allows dog owners to do that. This makes me happy as a property owner because I have dogs if my own.
