Welcome to your alpine haven in Purgatory, Colorado, where luxury meets the slopes in this expansive 2000 sq ft ski condo. Perched amidst the San Juan Mountains, this residence offers opulence and mountain charm for an unparalleled retreat. For relaxation, enjoy the member's lounge and indulge in the exclusive on-site amenities, including a fitness center, hot tubs, and a pool, offering a refreshing respite after a day on the slopes. Enhancing your stay, explore the nearby shopping experiences and restaurants, adding a touch of local charm to your alpine retreat.
This unit has a luxurious master suite with a king bed and in-suite master bath with a seperate shower and soaking tub, a second master suite with a queen bed and an in suite bathroom, a guest room with a queen bed, adjacent to a fourth guest room that has two sets of bunk beds totalling 4 twin beds, with a shared bathroom.
Our unit includes WIFI, an open concept full kitchen and dining area to enhance shared meals with family and friends, washer/dryer, and more.
Average rates: Summer $500, Winter $650; rates subject to change during holidays. Our price includes a lodge tax, property fee and cleaning fee.

Wonderful place

Three generation family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation.The floorplan worked well for 6 adults and 3 kids. We cooked all our meals and were impressed with the variety of pots, plates, soup bowls, etc. The location was perfect

Great ski destination!

Held our family vacation here to go skiing. Outstanding location and well run and managed unit. Strongly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. When we had questions, the on site property manager (Marie) responded quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much! We will try to rent here again!

Family ski trip

Location was excellent, Marie was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond, the condo was pretty clean… other than a weird odor. But, overall, I would stay here again. It was great.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our family which contained myself and my husband, my sister, two grown children and one two year old. Everything was clean and in good condition. My grandson loved the pool and we enjoyed the cooler the weather. Would be happy to book this again

Extremely Convenient

Our stay was amazing! This condo was right at the base of the mountain with quick access to the lift and the views were amazing! The condo was fully stocked with spices and pantry supplies, as well as lots of extra blankets and pillows and tons of puzzles and games. You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Family friendly stay

We enjoyed all there was to offer and the unit was perfect. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, other spaces were perfect for our youngest 6mo for her pack and play in a secluded area. The only reason for 4 stars on the location is because there was so much that wasn’t open during our stay. Part of that is general economy and reflections of COVID but we still made the best of everything there was to offer. Would gladly rent again!

Great unit in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is a corner unit on the 4th floor (second to top floor) with a beautiful balcony view iof the plaza and mountain. The unit was as described and in good clean shape. The master bed was reported to be a great mattress to sleep on by the older members of our party. The communication with the manager was great and they addressed a pretty big issue with the re- fridgerator quickly. We are very much thinking of renting again during the winter season.

Great condo

Wasn’t as clean as it usually is but we’ve been coming for years so I’m sure it’ll be addressed and cleaned better in the future. Can’t beat the location. True ski in ski out.

What a perfect condo and location! Easy access to everything Purgatory had to offer. Nice having a live person at registration at 11pm willing to tell us where things were located and where to park. Our whole party LOVED this VRBO and our time there. Will definitely go back!

Great Experience

We had a blast at the property. The location was awesome with great views of the mountains and the plaza, so it was close to everything we needed. We'd gladly go back again in summer or winter.

Just what we needed

A perfect place for our multigenerational vacation to celebrate our grandchildren’s graduations and accomplishments. Room for us to gather together, and for grandparents to get get away for quiet time. The resort was well located for alll the activities we planned to enjoy. A few minor Maintenance issues, but nothing serious. We love the Durango area and this is a fine place to enjoy it.

Summer in Purgatory

We had a wonderful stay!! The complex was great. The location was perfect. And the views were gorgeous. We traveled in Silverton, Ouray, and Durango. Location of condo was perfect for a main hub. Cleanliness got 3 stars only because I had to empty the dishwasher and fold towels from the previous renters. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Great condo and perfect location

This was our second trip to Purgatory in this condo and it was perfect. It is big and comfy and stocked with everything you need. We would definitely recommend staying here. We loved our mini vacation and can’t wait to do it again!

Perfect Family Location

This condo was perfect for my family's (4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 6 yo)) 5-day vacation in Purgatory. It is located in the main lodge and has access to the pool, hot tub, gym and other amenities such as the Durango Mountain Club. It looks out on the slopes and is steps away from most of the summer activities (mountain coaster, alpine slide, mountain biking, gold-panning, scenic chairlift). All three bedrooms have their own bathroom in addition to a half-bath. There are two tandem parking spaces in the garage (ideal in the winter) and the resort staff was very courteous. We ate dinner in the Durango Mountain Club one night and it was a treat - the view of the mountains was spectacular, the food was delicious, and and the service was exceptional. The DMC also offers a continental breakfast for $5 per person every morning, but we ending up eating in the condo since the kitchen had everything we needed. We took day trips to Silverton, Durango, and Mesa Verde and magnificent hikes in the surrounding area. Can't wait to come back!

Summer trip to Purgatory

We had a wonderful stay at Purgatory. This condo was in the perfect spot and had a wonderful view of the village and mountain. We had access to the pool, club, restaurant, etc, which is always a bonus. We had tons of space and the condo was super comfortable. We would highly recommend this spot!
