The stained sheets are completely unacceptable and we are so sorry that was discovered during your stay — we have addressed this with our housekeeping team to make sure it never happens again. We also apologize for the lighting and for the confusion regarding billiards room access. You are absolutely right that if it is listed as an amenity it should be available to our guests, and we will make sure that is corrected in our listing right away. It's clear that you put a lot of thought into your feedback, and I truly appreciate your honesty in sharing your experience. While I'm glad to hear that you found the floor plan and layout of the property spacious and comfortable, I completely understand your frustrations with some of the details that detracted from your overall enjoyment. I'm sorry to hear you weren't thrilled by the amount of things our starter set of supplies. We do note this in the property listing as mostly, people tend pick their preferred supplies while grocery shopping for their stay. Also, your concerns about the broken wall switches and timer for the gas fireplace are helpful. Ensuring the safety and functionality of all amenities in the property is of the utmost importance to us, and I apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort caused by these issues. Rest assured, we have prioritized addressing these maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Additionally, I appreciate your feedback regarding the excess decorative pillows and the lack of suitable seating in certain areas of the property. While decor is of course the homeowners choice, we have informed them of your experience with the spatial issues for non-useable pillows. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and I want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts in such detail.
