Villa Livadia is located in a beautiful green natural environment a short distance from some quiet sandy and pebbly beaches and from the most famous archaeological sites in Greece (ancient theater of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Thyrinth, Nemea, Corinth ...).
It is furnished with a light and relaxing interior and is designed with child safety in mind.
If you want to enjoy Greek nights and nightlife, you can visit Nafplio, Spetses and Athens. The villa and its location is an ideal choice for both families and couples.

Kantia:
A wide variety of Greek traditional taverns and cafeteria are located around the villa. In Kantia is a supermarket, a bakery and a gas station and several beach bars and taverns.

Nafplio:
Nafplio town is only a 15 minute drive away, with a historic center of venetian houses, churches, museums and castles, a lively central square and a cosmopolitan selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, a great nightlife and a lively harbor. The fantastic fish, meat and vegetable market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays - the best local honey and olive oil can not be missed!

Ground floor: entrance hall, tastefully decorated spacious living room with a beautiful lounge sofa and fireplace, dining room with seating for 12 people, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with sea view. The lounge sofa in the living room can partially unfold to an extra double bed.

1st floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and toilet, one with a Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have spacious balconies with sea views.

Basement: technical room and storage room, fitness room

The villa is located in protected nature area. In a quiet spur of a mountain valley and accessible via a partially paved road of about 500 meters in length. The entrance to the villa site is protected by a remote controlled gate that opens onto the driveway to the villa. There is ample parking on site. The villa is surrounded by several terraced terraces with luxury garden furniture. The territory of Villa Livadia is surrounded by about 50 own olive trees and further pine and fruit trees. The villa gives you direct access to quiet walks, sporty hikes and mountain biking in the surrounding mountains.

We provide on request on-site cooking by a Greek Chef Cook a Culinary Menu for up to 12 persons., including: being served on a beautiful decorated table and terrace - free wine and water - serving and cleaning up - cooking at the villa inside and/or outside with Greek music in the background etc.
