House is located in the Lincolnia area right off 395 Little River Exit in Alexandria, VA on the border of Annandale and Falls Church, 8 miles to DC.

Huge windows across the living room and in the bedroom. Close to 395 and metro bus stops (Alexandria / Landmark Area). Situated between the two hospitals "INOVA Fairfax" and "INOVA Alexandria". Guest access

Guests will have the entire basement level apartment to themselves. It is closed off from the upstairs. Guests will be able to park right by the walkway to the entrance. Guests will also be able to use the bottom patio area. Since the basement level has its own private entrance, its basically its own private apartment with full kitchen and living area as you see in the pics here.

Interaction with guests

You will not need to interact with anyone else. No one needs to access the basement apartment. I would just be your point of contact for meeting you there and giving you the keys. I am easily reachable (text or call) anytime so if you need anything during your stay just let me know. :)

Other things to note:
The upstairs top two levels are closed off. My parents and I live upstairs with our small dogs.
