Great location. Unit needs some TLC.

The unit location was fantastic. It also is a rare unit with four bedrooms, which was perfect for two families. The management company was very responsive. However, the unit itself felt like a college dorm with some rickety furniture and run down bathrooms. The photos online had a much more comfortable couch in it and made it look a lot more spacious. At that price point, you’d expect a little bit more comfort. Also, it’s a third floor unit with no elevator. That may have been in the description, but that came as a surprise to me.

Nice place, convenient transportation

Liked the place a lot. Nothing too fancy, but lots of beds and a fireplace and a full kitchen. Lots of bathrooms, great for multiple families. Plus, there is shuttle service that runs every 10 mins from the place to wherever you want to go in town or the base. Am looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Dated and unclean

This condo is very dated and was not very clean, dusty, and several things were broken, torn (couch), or coming off wall (vents). It is within walking distance of the gondola but otherwise very over priced for what it is. There are also not good shades in any of the bedrooms and a lot of light comes in. We had a great trip but the condo was very dated and unclean for what is. Its also on the third level so be prepared to walk a lot of stairs.

Ski wedding stay

The property met our needs and it was a great location within walking distance to the ski gondola and the public transportation area. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and it was roomy with our adults kids each having a bedroom and bath and the grandkids and Grandpa and Grandma sharing the bunk bedroom and bath. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had all we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels and other bath supplies. Also there was dish, dishwasher and laundry soap provided. There were only a couple of things that weren’t as the pictures showed one being none of the wall heating units had their covers. We didn’t have little ones but if you did it would be a concern. Also there was no salt or pepper in the unit which I would think would be very easy to provide. The couch had a rip in the back cushion and the carpets could use a good steam cleaning.

Good place; a bit small; parking was an issue.

Good place to stay but a bit small in the living room with 12 people (6 adults and 6 teenagers). Could use another small couch. Parking situation was not fully disclosed that only two cars can park in the facility. We had 3 families that came from different areas and had to park and pay for the extra car that was very inconvenient and would have been nice to know in advance and explained more in the check in materials.

Great location but hot water went out multiple times

The location is great, close to mountains. However the hot water went out multiple times overnight so 12 of us woke up unable to take showers multiple mornings. The unit has 2 parking spots on site. The place was more spacious than the pictures make it seem, we had 12 people, it was tight but not too bad. Would stay again if the hot water works.

Steamboat Family reunion

The condo was smaller and older and more beat up than expected. No AC was tough to take, especially the upper level. There were fans which helped some. There was so much left over food and supplies from former renters that took up valuable cupboard space etc and added to the old and beat up feeling.

Great winter vacation condo!

This was a great place to stay! We had a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The 4 full bathrooms was a HUGE plus! The unit was clean and well stocked. The large dining table was great, and there was plenty of seating in the living area. My only recommendation would be for more lighting in the kitchen, maybe the under the cabinet kind. Unfortunately the under microwave light was not working. We ended up moving one of the bedroom light stands to the living area and directed it towards the kitchen. Worked out! Location of the unit was great! My kids found easy paths to ski in/out. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops, easy drive to activities in the area. The garage and covered parking were a definite plus as well! Oh, and can’t forget about the hot tub and heated pool! We will definitely be returning!

Great!

This property is not only beautiful, clean and well stocked, it’s in a great location. We had everything we needed! It’s a short walk to restaurants. We used both the pool and the hot tub. Checking in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Beautiful views - we saw deer every time we looked out the window. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Katie was amazing. Perfect place to stay for our girls weekend. Thanks!

Great condo for 9!

This was a great condo for 4 adults and 5 kids! Great bunk room upstairs for all the kids and 3 other nice bedrooms! Great to have 4 bathrooms in a condo, too! Love the location, other amenities with the pool and hot tub, and walking distance to breakfast and coffee shop! Would stay here again for sure!

Great ski vacation

Very close to the Gondola. Less than 10 minute walk. Lots of space to house 2 families. We had 2 couples and 4 children. Among the children, one 13 year old child, two 3rd graders and one 4th grader. The space was very comfortable for us. The room for the kids actually had 3 sets of bunk beds. Kid had a blast in that room. The condo was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the dinner table large enough to seat all of us. If I were to make a wish list for the condo I would want more lighting in the kitchen. That being said, was still a great place to stay and would return.

Great location and comfy place!

We had a such a great stay; nothing could have been better. The apartment is very well located, very close to the slopes. The on-call shuttle makes it easy to go downtown, without having to worry about finding parking spots. The apartment was very clean, comfy and roomy. Although we were 12 people, it didn't feel crammed at all! I would totally recommend the apartment for any family or friends getaway weekend. The communication with both the owners and NoMadness Rental was very easy and smooth. If we go back to Steamboat, we will try to stay here again.

Great condo for a large group

This place is great for a large group. We had three families stay here and everyone really enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of space (the bunk room was perfect), the location was great and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The kids loved the heated pool too! Don't be alarmed by the hallways, they are outdated but the condo is updated. The only watch out would be the mattress in the upstairs bedroom. The mattress is sagging and made it tough for a couple to sleep as they kept falling to the center. Bring a topper to put down. I highly recommend this condo for a long or short stay in Steamboat!
