Prime location, superb accommodations! New Club House with pool and hot tub!

Beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the charming historic district of Breckenridge. Only a short walk to Main Street or the free bus shuttle stop. One free parking space is provided in the heated garage! (Please be aware the garage will not fit oversized vehicles.) There is a gas fireplace in the large living room with space for everyone! Flat screen TVs with cable in each bedroom and the living room, DVD, Free wireless Internet. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for dining in with the family.

After the day's adventures on the mountain either skiing, hiking or biking relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool in the newly remodeled club house.

Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.

**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **

4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.

**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.

Kitchen had a water leak and we spent 2-days drying out the carpet. The refrigerator quit working and had to be replaced. The replacement fridge made an awful loud grinding noise so it had to be unplugged. We were without a fridge in our unit for 2-days. The management company worked with us very well and offered another unit but bunk beds did not work for us. We had to use a fridge in another unit. Not convenient. The management company was helpful but I donā€™t think VRBO or them should have this unit under management. Scott.

Great location

Really great location. The place was perfect for getting around and close to public transit. It was also well stocked and layout was nice. Downsides were the toaster almost immediately burnt anything you put in there, couldn't find the cutting boards, and the pillows were terrible. I'm kind of a picky sleeper but my husband said they were bad and he can sleep almost anywhere. I would rent this place again if the pillows were replaced.

Excellent location and place

We had a great time and would come back. Close to everything, clean, all amenities and plenty of room to spread out. The covered parking was nice too:)

Not as advertised and very dated

The price of this rental is too high based on the how dated this condo is. The couches need replacing as they are very worn and kinda gross. One bedroom had a king bed, with a queen comforter, which did not fit the bed. The living room TV was hung on the wall and supported by the mantel and another shelf. There were updates made to the condo, but 10 years ago. I just felt like I didnt want to touch anything, as the place was dated and gross

Need to have better details on location of Condo. Outside parking for this condo is ruff. Taking luggage is almost impossible. Told ownership on saturday hot tub is cold and not working was not fixed till Monday afternoon.

A week in Breckenridge

Condo has very comfortable seating in living room, loved the built-inrecliners. Kitchen has all the appliances, cutlery and cookware needed to produce and serve a large meal. Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Longbranch #116 to anyone wanting to vacation in Breckenridge.

This condo has a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of nice space and new appliances. Short walk to downtown. Great condo but really needed a deep cleaning. The the view from the balcony did not really entice us to sit outside.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 9 nights, the arrival was not easy b we arrived at night due to a storm, I would appreciate a smart lock.The location is perfect to go out and explore the town and to go to the gondola, there is a bus stop half a block away and a supermarket two blocks away.The kitchen is well equipped. the only thing that didn't work was the fireplace and we felt a lot of dryness in the environment, there are some humidifiers but we couldn't turn them on.The staff was very friendly.I recommend it and would surely rent it again.

Great location

Property was in a great location within walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Also near the bus route that will take you to the slopes. It snowed 2 of 3 days while we visited Breck, so thankful for the heated garage parking. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Nice with fantastic location!

Great location, where you could walk to the breck connect gondola, as well as the downtown restaurants. Hot tub was nice after skiing, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. New bathrooms were also a plus. Fireplace was nice, but did not work consistently, and eventually did not work at all. Otherwise, great stay, and would recommend!!

Perfect location to gondola and shopping

Updated extremely cozy condo. Great location with a short walk to gondola and shopping. Underground heated parking was super convenient. Could have asked for more one of the best bang for buck rentals in breck.

Reviewer Comments: Warning: "views" from the patio and living room are not actual images from the unit. This is a first floor unit, that does look towards the mountains, but you really see an alley, the back of several homes, and the peaks above their roof. Overall this is a nice place to stay. Breckenridge - Long Branch Condo

Amazing location, unit was nice. 2 complaints; 1. There are fans in each bedroom and in the main living area mounted to the ceiling; they were absolutely FILTHY, all the blades were black with gunk and it was kind of gross knowing how dirty they were blowing on us all night but the unit has no a/c so you need the fans to cool the place down in the evenings. 2. There was a garden hose lying on the ground near one of the exits all week that we had to walk over/around to get to the door. Other than that, great place and we had a wonderful time.

The condo was very clean and very nice! Well stocked kitchen , even had a crockpot which we were able to make soups in several days! This condo is in a great location to walk to town and the gondola! Loved the big windows especially the window seat in living room that my granddaughter and I could sit and watch the snow fall! Donā€™t skip over this unit for your trip! Only downside was you could hear the people upstairs every step! But I would still rent this place again. Very clean! Comfortable beds, nice having 2 baths and the fireplace was amazing on the cold days and to help dry our ski clothes!
