Just a five-minute walk from downtown Breckenridge, this condo puts you steps from boutique shopping, restaurants, and après-ski hangouts. At the end of your ski day, you can glide down 4 O’Clock Run and finish your run right across the street. The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stops just outside, offering easy access to the Snowflake Chairlift, Beaver Run, and other base areas—so you’re always close to the action.

With space to comfortably sleep up to eight guests, the condo features a bright and open layout filled with natural light. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a cozy bunk nook that's perfect for kids. The second bedroom has a king bed and easy access to its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate larger groups or families.

Guests also enjoy access to two onsite outdoor hot tubs and the seasonal Upper Village Pool, which includes a heated outdoor pool and more hot tubs for soaking after an adventure filled day. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
