This beautiful dog-friendly house on the Gulf of America features decks for sunbathing or watching the waves, easy access to the beach, and breathtaking views of the ocean.

A comfortable living area offers plenty of seating for the whole family, and views of the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for family meals. The partially covered deck overlooks the Gulf waters, with comfortable seating and open areas on either end for sunbathing.

The house was amazing. The beach was so close to the house! It is a perfect house for dogs. We brought our 3 fur babies and they had a blast! The only bad thing about the week was lack of good restaurants on the island. We'll cook next time. Best vacation in a long time. We've already booked again for next year!

Great vacation home! We really enjoyed our experience and vacation time! House was super clean! Lots of extra bath towels and the kitchen had all the items we needed! There were floats and beach chairs to use. We did have to claim our beach spot early in the morning due to property being close to middle beach. That was not a problem at all and we will vacation here again! Very relaxing vibe! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful location with lots of potential but needs some love! TVs unplugged, light bulbs out, water leak damage, very hard to operate entry lock, sheets that donā€™t fit the beds, dirty dishes in cabinets, only 1 bar of soap provided, food crumbs and sand on the floorā€¦ā€¦

Great!!

Wow, this house is close to the water!! No long walk to grab something you forgot. Huge plus for me. The deck is very spacious, lots of seating, and comfort high chairs to view the beach over the deck railing. The air worked great and the beds were comfortable. I would book this house again for sure.

Great location on the beach, a very short walk to it. The public parking is next door at Sehoy. Plan to set up your beach chairs and umbrella early, or someone will be in front of the house.

The house was nice and clean. Just steps from the water. The outside hose was helpful getting the sand off of our feet. The public beach was busy and noisy. People would come and set up in front of the house. If you come for an extended stay with a lot of people be sure to bring extra household items as we ran out after the first day. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful Beach House

This house was exactly what we were looking for! We had 4 kids/ 6 adults and the space was perfect and right on the beach. We only had to walk about 50 feet to the water. This house was super convenient for needing to run back to house for items or just a quick lunch break and then head straight back to the water. Kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. The only downside to this location is being right next to public access to the beach. We were not crowded by any means but there were other people that would come over to set up for the day whereas some of the surrounding houses were private. But this was not an issue by any means. Still way less crowded than a beach like Destin. We will definitely be back! We love dauphin island!!

Great place!

This was the cleanest home weā€™ve stayed in since vacationing on Dauphin Island! Loved the house and steps away from the beach! Love also that itā€™s dog friendly. The public access to the beach next to the house did not bother us. It was fun to be around others and they were respectful to not sit in our beach area around the house. Would liked to have booked this home again sometime in September but itā€™s already booked! We will definitely rent this house again!

Spring Break trip

I have a large family and have rented several vacation homes over the years, this is one of the best! First, beach front can't be beat! Then there are 4 nice sized bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. Two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the house. There is a great comfy living area, a bar with seating and table with seating for 4. The kitchen is outiftted with everything you could possible need, and even things you forgot to think about, like ice cream scoopers, strainers, tervis cups, wine glasses, cookware and enough utensils, serving dishes and plates/bowls for a large family. A very nice washer and dryer, dishwasher and there is a grill on the porch. One burner didn't work very well, but a minor problem. There is a box on the porch full of every beach toy you would want, including boogie boards, sand castle building toys, kites, etc. There are even chairs available to take down to the sand. Inside there are toys, books and games for the kiddos. A TV is in every bedroom plus one in the living area. The beach is family and pet friendly. A beautiful, safe, clean, family area. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to catch sunrises and sunsets. Skinner's seafood did us great with supplies for our low country boil. Isalnders restuarant was our splurge dinner. The whole family was able to get something that they liked. Check out the aquarium on the island and go bird watching. A ferry ride completed our trip. I cannot say enough about the comfort of this house, or the beauty of this island.

Enjoyed our first visit.

Good location and position on the beach, literally steps away from the Gulf. House and kitchen is well equipped and the online portal pics accurately portray the unit. Two issues, the code to the front door did not work correctly and the left side of the French Door facing the beach would not lock. Still we had a good vacation.

Beautiful

This property was very well maintained. Plenty of blankets and dishware. Caelin was our property manager and very very helpful. Hint: When you put in the door code and it doesnt work do it twice as fast The beach was at the end of the steps and the gulf was beautiful. The island was very nice and had many hidden gems.
