Our charming lakefront home sits on nearly an acre of natural splendor with 60 feet of beautiful, private, sandy beach complete with a private dock, wood-burning stove, and all the cozy comforts of a luxurious mountain/lake retreat! This home is the perfect getaway for every occasion in every season! The house sits further up the hill allowing easy year-round access, and incredible views, It is the perfect Lake Escape for a work, romantic retreat, girl’s weekend, fishing trip, family reunion, holiday gathering, or simply time to relax and breathe! With our high-speed Starlink internet, you can even get some work done if you must. The home comfortably sleeps 8. With a King size bed in the 1st bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin hide-a-bed chairs, and one queen hide-a-bed couch in the loft, there are plenty of sleeping options! The main floor of the house has a welcoming open concept floor plan with incredible views. The loft provides fun and games for all ages and additional space for kids or adults to spread out, play or relax. The Lake Escape is well-appointed and artfully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Enjoy 60 feet of private beach, dock, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, canoe, beach toys, fire pit, dishwasher, washer, dryer, ample supply of linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, 4 TVs (family room, loft, both bedrooms), Blu-ray DVD player, Wii gaming system, satellite TV, games, movies, children’s toys and more! The property is located on Hayden Lake, 16 miles North of Coeur d’Alene and just 10 miles from Hayden Lake city center, where countless restaurants and activities await. The Lake Escape is less than 30 minutes from local attractions such as Silverwood theme park, Triple Play family fun, and the beautiful Coeur d’Alene Resort. Less than an hour and a half in any direction will take you to Schweitzer Mountain Resort, Mt Spokane Ski Park, Silver Mountain Resort, and numerous golf courses. But of course, you never need to leave home to enjoy breathtaking views, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, boating, bonfires, soaking up the sun, wiggling your toes in the sand, and more! The lake provides excellent fishing for kokanee, bass, pike, crappie, and trout. Enjoy the serenity of our home in the off-season on the lake and the reduced prices that go along with it! Our home has a strict NO SHOES inside policy. Please leave your shoes in the shoe rack on the front deck or just inside the door.

This was a gorgeous home in a very peaceful place. They provide everything you need to have fun on the lake and the house is very clean. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Wi-Fi connection is excellent. Plenty of games for the entire family. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit but there was a burn ban for our stay.

Beautiful property...my fam thoroughly enjoyed this lovely lake home to rest and recuperate after long, super-fun days at Silverwood! The last few days we spent just relaxing and taking in the beauty of the surroundings...it was glorious! Coffee on the deck in the mornings, watching the nearby Osprey nest, was a memory we won't soon forget :) ALSO, owner is amazingly communicative and helpful -- thank you for your hospitality. We hope to be back!

Road tripping.

Lovely secluded lake house. We enjoyed the paddle boards, upstairs playroom kid area, osprey nest, private deck, and we wish we had time for s’mores but we were to busy having fun on the lake! Going back and forth from the lake shore to the house is a great way to stay in shape. Hope we can come again in the future!

Comfortable and Cozy Lake Escape

Our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children) had the best family vacation to date, hands down!The house was perfectly furnished and decorated for its size. The kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, silverware, etc. needed! The washer and dryer came in very handy for our many dips in the lake!There are two bedrooms on the main level, both with ample closet/dresser space, and comfortable beds! The upstairs loft has 3 pull out sleeping options. The kids loved the video games and toys! Be prepared, there is only one bathroom (plan accordingly)!We ate most of our meals on the deck because the weather and view were amazing!We enjoyed s’mores (provided by Deanna in the “welcome” basket) under the stars!There are quite a few stairs down to the lake so make sure no one goes down (or back up) empty handed! Loved having private beach access, kayaks, and paddle boards!Recommendations:1.) We pre ordered our groceries from Walmart and picked them up on our way to the house. So convenient and easy!2.) We rented a pontoon boat from Hayden Lake Marina. It was so convenient and worth every penny to have the boat delivered and picked up by the Marina staff! Beware, gas is not included in the rental cost!3.) If you have time, spend a day at Silverwood Theme Park. It’s a quick drive from the house. It’s no Disneyland or Six Flags, but that’s the beauty of it! No long lines and lots of diverse rides for all ages…even the magic show was highly entertaining! Can’t wait to come back!!

Love the lake house!

We really enjoyed this lake house! It was the perfect size for our family and was very kid friendly. My kids loved the swing on the back patio! It was so nice having the lake in our backyard and there were plenty of water activities available. It was secluded and picturesque but also only about 30 minutes to restaurants and downtown. The only thing was there wasn’t as big of a beach as pictured but she explained it just depends on the time of year. Host was very quick to respond with any questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Amazing Lakehouse!!!!

Clean, spacious, stocked house and beautiful property. All you could need for a family week at the lake. We rent a lake house every year for our family of six and this was one of the best! The listing doesn't do it justice. Strongly recommend.

A Favorite Place

This was our second visit to this house and both times were great. It was perfect size for our family of 6 (2 married couples and 2 teenagers). Everything you could need was there, plus extras. Nice parking area for 2 vehicles and even a place for our boat trailer. Deanna was very responsive and accommodating. The yard and beach area were really nice and we had a wonderful time playing cornhole, sitting by the fire, and of course playing in the water.

AMAZING stay at the lake!!

Such a beautiful home!! We had 7 of us stay in August - 3 adults, 3 teen boys and a 7 year old. Such a comfortable layout!! The kids loved the upstairs loft :) A fabulous amount of amenities - paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, video games and toys inside, a great kitchen layout and supplies! We couldn’t have been happier….

Cozy cabin with amazing views

The cabin was very cozy with tons of things for the kids to do, we loved the use of the paddle boards and kayaks and had fun fishing and swimming, the stairs are no joke so be sure to bring good shoes! We loved our stay and would love to stay again!

Summertime fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic lake house! We were two families of 4 that found this home to be perfectly suited for our needs. The kids enjoyed the games and toys in the loft area, which also made a great kids room for them to have a sleepover in. The house was decorated well and was clean upon arrival. The dock at the lake was incredible, and they even have a private little beach which the kids loved! The provided paddle boards were an extra special touch. We all had a wonderful time making memories.

Lake getaway

Our family had a great time here. There was plenty for everyone to do. The Lakehouse was fantastic. The views were beautiful. Set up on the shore was amazing. And the kids loved all of the water activities.

August at Hayden Lake

Great stay. Deanna was excellent in her communication with us, which was really appreciated. Cabin is in great condition as described. Loft has games for kids when you aren’t down at the water. We boated and spent time with family. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The cabin was wonderful and stocked with all kitchen appliances we needed and fun games for kids. They even had a s’more station set up which was a nice touch. The beach and dock were perfect for our family and so beautiful. Our kids spent hours and hours fishing and playing all week in the water. Unfortunately there was a fire only 4 miles from us on the mountain directly behind us. We were put on level 1 fire watch (be prepared to leave) but the smoke was so bad we ended up leaving a day early. We were so sad to leave early, but otherwise enjoyed this lovely cabin on the lake.

This home is the perfect combination of a mountain retreat and beachfront bungalow. The house sits further up the hill allowing year round access, incredible views, privacy and seclusion not found in houses lined up along the shoreline. You truly feel like you are getting away from it all! Living in the area and boating on both Hayden and Coeur d'Alene lake, we have found that we prefer the smaller, less busy/commercialized, relaxed feeling on Hayden! It is a little peace of heaven on earth!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this home for it's breathtaking view, quiet setting, private beach, easy access, seclusion and newer construction, which included amenities such as a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The loft allows for more sleeping quarters as well as a second recreation area in the house. The open concept provides a view from every angle and captured our hearts immediately. We have loved every moment at our lake escape and know that you will love it too!
