We had a wonderful stay. The host is a great communicator and left a lot of little extras that made the stay very comfortable. The home is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need.

Great overall stay! Great house and very responsive owner. Neighborhood was the only slight downside with a gas station and nearby roundabout creates varying levels of car noises.

e had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, with clean spaces and comfortable, well-appointed furniture that made us feel right at home. The host went above and beyond—very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the welcoming basket and extra supplies provided, which added such a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a college visit at North Idaho College. The house was great - very clean, comfy beds, and easy access.We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rental houses and this one had the most “extras” of any other house with a snack basket, spare drinks in the fridge, some pantry items, lotions, sunscreen, etc. We felt very welcome and at home in this house. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect Location

Our stay was amazing. We were in the area for a wedding. It was easy to hop on the freeway and get to the venue which was Arbor Crest. We appreciated the little touches like the bottle of wine - very thoughtful!

Fantastic house!

We were in CDA for the marathon and stayed at The Melanie house! It was fantastic! Modern, clean & well equipped! The location was perfect & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! So much fun to explore CDA and also fun just hanging around the house after running!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Very nice updated home, perfect for vacationing. Allows for garage use which is Fantastic! Right near downtown. Very clean and welcoming with lots of space. Will book again and recommend!

Home away from home!

We traveled for a sporting competition and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed to relax in after long days. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again if we are scheduled for this competition again next season.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, communication was clear, timely, and friendly, which made everything so easy. The home was spotless when we arrived — extremely clean and well cared for. It’s obvious that the host pays great attention to detail, from the thoughtful touches around the house to the well-stocked amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care that went into making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lovely stay!

The Melanie was everything the listing stated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with snacks, supplies and toiletries. A great place to stay when exploring the Couer d’Alene area.

Beautiful home! Only issue we encountered was the excessive vehicle noise coming from the back yard neighboring property. There were very, very loud vehicles coming and going all night long which made sleeping very difficult.

I am so sorry about the noise. I understand that can be annoying. We do have a white noise machine/sleep sound machine in the master to help with that and black out curtains that help block out noise as well. but again I am so sorry that didnt help for you.

Perfect Coeur d' Alene Home

My family of 5 stayed at this home for 3 nights while we visited family in Coeur d' Alene. The home and location are perfect. Very clean and close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas...everything you might need. Located in a safe gated community, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lori was very easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive

Beautiful, Clean Home

This home is cozy, beautifully decorated, and clean! Lori has done an amazing job to welcome guests. It was so sweet to see a welcome sign with my name on it. There were many complimentary items to use if needed, and even a bath bomb in the main bathroom that my kids were over the moon about. The gated community made for many fun walks where I felt my kids were safe. There’s also a nice convenience store just around the corner. We would love to return to this home the next time we visit beautiful Coeur d’Alene.

We were 2 daughters with our 80 year old mom. We came to bike the various rail trails in the area. Things that worked well for us: 1) three bedrooms with good sized beds for adults. 2) a walk in shower for our mom.3) a spacious garage in which we could safely store our bikes. 4) location - easy to access the bike trails that were in the city.The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and exceptionally well stocked. We appreciated all of the little touches that were included in the rental. The owners were easy to communicate with, and were responsive to any message that I sent. The condo is within a small gated community and that certainly helped us to feel safe. There is some traffic noise when you’re sitting on the back deck, but it was lovely to sit in comfortable chairs and be outside.I highly recommend this rental.

Clean and modern

Very clean home in a small gated community, close to bike trails and a short jaunt by bike or vehicle to downtown CDA. Lori was wonderful to work with. A basket of goodies and a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome your stay. The only two minor issues we had were; the dog barking next door while owners were away(short lived) and some road noise from the street behind. Otherwise we had a great time! Thank you Lori

Very cozy home with a lovely tub

The Melanie was exceptionally clean and well kept. Lori was a great communicator as well and made getting into the house a simple process. Lots of little details done very well. We loved the master bathroom, although even the other bathroom was quite nice. The tub was huge and the shower was excellent. Kitchen was nice as well, very functional. Grill worked great. Internet worked well. Nice gated neighborhood. We slept way better there than at home! Bed was very comfortable. We looked through a lot of options. Sometimes it's nice to be right in downtown, but for us the value at The Melanie was too good to beat. Downtown is just a short drive or a moderate walk away, anyway. I feel like Lori really went above and beyond making the place extra comfortable. The cleaning fee was incredibly modest considering how clean it was when we got there. I could go on and on... We highly recommend staying there.

This brand new home is in a quite gated community. Very safe. It is 5 minutes from Lake Couer d Alene where in the summer you have swimming, boating, parasailing, dinner cruises etc. and Silverwood amusement park. In the winter you have the tree lighting ceremony downtown at christmas and the Santa cruise as well!! and we are near all of the local ski resorts!!
