There is enough to keep even the most active individuals entertained. Eclipse Lake Cabin at Sapphire offers upscale accommodations including gourmet kitchen, modern decor, and comfort touches. Relax by the fireplace in the living room’s cozy area or fire pit on the outdoor terrace. Water activities include fishing and kayaking. Well mannered dogs are invited. A separate non-refundable pet deposit is collected. We expect our guest to vacuum, sweep, and remove any pet hair that is left behind.

As you enter the home, admire the freshly renovated space. The modern quartz countertop kitchen is fully equipped for your home chef, with brand new, stainless steel appliances, a large picture window over the kitchen sink providing a tranquil view of the outdoor garden and lake, plus a six rack wine cooler. To the left is the living room space with leather recliner couches facing the 65-inch flat-screen t.v. placed above the original stone fireplace, ready for you to rest your feet, enjoy a warm fire, and enjoy your favorite feel-good movie. Firewood is provided when available.

Enjoy all of your meals on our reclaimed wood dining room table set for 8. The master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom with glass door shower is also located on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, clean towels, and a blow dryer.

The sliding glass doors facing the lake provides a scenic view of the mountain forest surrounding the area. Slide open the doors and walk out to the oversized, partially covered deck. Sit in one of the rocking chairs, breathe in the mountain air, and keep your eyes open for the many birds and other wildlife we share the land with. It makes for the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, privately sunbathe on a sunny day, or fire up the gas grill for a BBQ.

Back inside the house, wooden stairs lead to the bottom level where you can find a cozy den with another original stone fireplace, an ideal space for lounging and potential game room for children and young adults. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a waterfall shower are also located on this floor. A second sliding door leads to the lower level, fully covered deck, a quiet place to read, write or simply unwind.

The mudroom located on this floor, houses brand new laundry appliances with a window peeking out to the lake. A side door to the outside opens to a stone path leading down to the outdoor fire pit area and further down to the dock where you can find our kayaks, fishing poles, and lounging chairs to relax by the water. The fire pit area is ideal for roasting marshmallows, sipping your favorite cocktail and enjoying your company around the roaring fire.

*As our guest, you will also have full access to the Sapphire Valley Resort which is only a short 10-minute drive from our home. Amenities include golf, tennis, children's playground, recreational fields, indoor pool, walking trails, zip-lining, mini-golf, arcade room, pickleball, Fairfield Lake boat and beach access and other local seasonal events. Guests can acquire an amenity pass for $2.00/day per person for a minimum of 3 days. Children under the age of 14 are included at no cost.
