Brick home with many updates throughout. Home comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious living area with separate dining. Fire pit located in back yard, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Entertain family in beautifully updated kitchen.

3 Bedrooms have a queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a Full size bed. All bedrooms have closet space with hangers available. Upper level bathroom shower/tub. Lower level bathroom is a shower only.

Home sits in a quiet neighborhood near the Children’s and University Hospital. (2 miles) Many shops and Restaurants within 1-3 miles radius.

Just the basics

We were in town for a week for a soccer tourney. Nice to have a whole house - definately need a kitchen, living room and the backyard for that amount of time. The place was very basic with just basic amenities but did the trick for us.

Great Place.

This home was clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and lovely. Plenty of space for a large family. There was a very nice park just a 4 minute walk away. And just beyond that was a almost endless trail system for walking, biking or running, The Sand Creek path connects to the South Platte river, the Star K Ranch nature Center and the Central Park Neighborhood. We had a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Work Home

We are contract workers and often travel for work. We choose a home away from home, rather than a hotel. This was a good choice. Quiet and clean

Positive impressions- House was really clean, the house setup was great too, beds were super comfy. All appliances look to be almost new. The neighborhood is a bit iffy but the location of the house made it super easy to get around to stores, restaurants and expressways.The first time I reached out to the owner she replied right away.Unfavorable issues: The floor (upstairs and on the main floor) are a bit creaky, the floor on the main level has a bump in it as your going toward the kitchen - tripped on that several times and speaking of tripping, on the stairs (going up and down), there are these carpeted runners just sitting on top of the carpeted stairs - tripped over those several times. This is really a hazard and someone could get really hurt. In the kitchen the coffee pot didn’t work properly and there were no dish towels. Laundry room didn’t have any detergent in it. The bathroom downstairs, the shower leaked from the ceiling, there wasn’t enough towels for 6 people that were staying for 4 days. Both bathrooms get extremely warm when showering cause there aren’t exhaust fans. No towel bars/hooks in either bathroom. Both the front door and back door have problems with the handle/lock/deadbolt. I know it sounds like a lot of negative issues but most of them can be fixed super fast and overall we really did like the house.

Excellent Family Rental Home

I and 3 adult family members stayed here over Christmas break. The house is in a quiet, older, family neighborhood. It was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had been redone nicely. The house is a split level style with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the linens were good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary housewares and there were condiments, coffee, etc.. There was plenty of good hot water and the heat worked very well. Heads up: the thermostat is programmed to reset to 65° daily so you need to set it you the temperature you want daily. When we arrived on Christmas Eve, there was a beautiful wreath on the front door and a decorated and lit Christmas tree in the living room. Nice touch! The owner, Michelle, was very available via VRBO message if we had any questions which we didn't. We had a wonderful stay.

House was comfortable and clean. The host responded very quickly to questions. The kitchen could have been a bit more stocked. There were no dish towels or cookie sheets for heating. Coffee maker didn’t work. And the laundry room was great but there was no detergent. Little things like that. Overall it met our needs.

A cute house with good upgrades. The water stayed hot with 7 of us showering. The coffee table had 2 fold outs that made it amazing for family games. The ac kept the house cool and comfortable. We enjoyed making smores on the back patio in the fire pit. Overall was a great stay.

Nice Yard, Clean House, Yuck Neighborhood, Good 4 BEDROOM

Neighborhood and surrounding area is not particularly lovely. Nothing in close proximity worth visiting ie nearby grocery store dirty etc, however, near major roads to get to other places in town. Kitchen is small and missing some basic stuff (ie strainer, wine bottle opener). The house is clearly an older broken down house that they have worked on. Super clean, beds comfy, back yard nice, newer furniture etc. But photos gave a much nicer impression than things are in person.

Great holiday get away

House has been redone and is well stocked. Outdoor sitting area was quite nice and each adult had their own bedroom. Older floors definitely had some creaking and unfortunately the dishwasher was not working during our visit (but would expect that to get fixed). Convenient location to drive around Denver; but, actual neighborhood was not as walkable as other neighborhoods in Denver area. Overall, a good home base to gather to enjoy all Denver has to offer.

Nice house for the weekend

The house was nice and as described. The floors are pretty creaky which can be load for downstairs guests. Outside of that the owner was easy to work with and the stay was great.

Family Reunion

We were very satisfied with this rental. The bedrooms were plenty roomy and the beds were comfortable. Some of the homes/yards in the neighborhood were not as well kept as our property, which at first made us a bit uncertain, but we had absolutely no problems. If going back to that area, I'd certainly stay there again.

Tourney weekend

Perfect Aurora stay

This house was perfect. 4bedrooms 2bath perfect for a girls weekend. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, and amply room for dining, games, and conversations. We loved the back yard, very well layout with the fire pit and outdoor table and chairs to sit and relax. I would recommend this rental and stay her again.

Great place and location!

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was perfect for the 6 adults in our party. The outside patio area and fire pit were great, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Perfect One nighter

The property was just what we needed for a 1 night stay during our anniversary weekend. 4 queen size comfortable beds and nice kitchen and huge back yard.
