Cozy 2BR/2BA Kihei Unit: Newly Renovated, King and Twin Beds, Walk to Beaches

Sunny Kihei has three Kamaole Beach Parks in a row--this one is just up from Kamaole II. The unit itself has 1 brand new king bed and 2 twin beds along with 2 bathrooms. It's been recently renovated and has quite a cozy feel! The appliances are all new also--please do note that the oven is a combination microwave and convection oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses and utensils you'll need for a great stay! The outside lanai with the surrounding greenery offers an alternative to eating wonderful for coffee or cocktails! Enjoy the complex's pool and spa, stroll to nearby restaurants and shops or pick up a few groceries at the local health food store (Hawaiian Moons) or the ABC convenience store. You'll enjoy a wonderful tropical vacation in C-108!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or dcor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
*Quite A/C split system in Primary bedroom, guest bedroom and living area.*

Kihei Ali‘i Kai offers elevator access within the property; however, please note that most units still require the use of stairs to reach them and or the pool.

Great family location

The condo was a great spot with wonderful beaches and snorkeling nearby. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream and beach gear within walking distance. Comfortable place. Great pool and hot tub.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great spot for a family vacation! It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also centrally located to drive to other parts of the island. The rental was clean and serene. Thanks!

Excellent location and nice room

The property staff was very attentive. We enjoyed the condo, its layout, the pool and jacuzzi area also nice and spacious. Short 2-3 minute walk to Kameola Beach Park 1. Close a variety of dining options from sit-down, fast food, and food trucks. Thank you.

Lovely condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Has just about anything you would need to cook meals. Great location. Clothes to stores and restaurants within walking distance. Beach is also close. Walk down the driveway, cross the street and you're there. Would definitely stay here again.

50th Birthday away

We had a great time here the accommodation was perfect and our room was so close to the parking lot it made it very easy to get in and out. But the place can be a rabbit warren until you figure it all out.

The condo is lovely and the location is great. I would give top marks for this except for one thing. The A/C in the main bedroom did not work at all, making it impossible for us to get a decent night’s sleep.The property manager did respond quickly when I notified them and sent people to look at the a/c, but they were not able to repair it while we were there. Apparently it needed a new compressor.In retrospect I should have requested a portable A/C unit be delivered to get us through the hot nights.Despite this I would consider returning to this unit as I’m sure they will eventually get the A/C repaired.

We loved it! Short walk to the beach, food and groceries. If you want to play shuffleboard - you need to bring your own equipment.

Great stay

The property was remodeled with great finishes. There is AC in every room as well as fans. The place is a block up from the beach at the back of the property and close to many places to eat. I was able to set the chair out on the grass, just off the Lanai and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Great Place and location

Property was as good as advertised. Short walk to the beach and some good restaurant options. Host went the extra mile with us as we were celebrating an event and left us a nice care package with congratulations notes. Very thoughtful. We’re quick to respond to questions as well. If back in Kehei, this will be our spot!!

Maui Perfection

We loved our stay! We chose this condo because it was close to our friends who own in this building. The location is superb and just a short walk to our favourite Kam beach. Lots of parking, pool was great for the kids, BBQs handy and well appointed kitchen. The water pressure at times wasn’t great but I think that’s a Maui thing.

Convenient, updated condo in Kihei

The condo is nicely updated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and finishes. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and the pickleball court. The only real issue is the lack of view from the ground floor unit. Everything else was great.

Great location, comfortable place

Check in process was seamless which was great after a long day of travel. Proximity to Kam 1 was perfect. Pool area and hot tub are excellent! Property was great, kitchen was stocked with what we required. New appliances. AC worked great in all rooms. Stayed here as 2 adults and 2 kids 3 and under. The unit was close to the only elevator which was super helpful with a stroller! Would prefer flooring throughout without carpets in the bedroom but that's the only drawback. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfy with a couple problems

Very clean and comfortable. Mater bathroom toilet was broken so that was a bummer. Main bathroom fan was blowing some sort of dusty dirt all over the bathtub when turned on. If it wasn’t for that it would have perfect.

Nice getaway

Very clean nice property. I would suggest providing some wagons or some way to get luggage and groceries from the parking lot to the condo unit. It’s a little bit of a walk when you’re carrying a lot of heavy things. The unit was very nice though. Does need a little work on the wall at the bottom by the dining room table, which looks like it has water damage and is bubbled. The floor outside the master bedroom needs a little work also. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture. Lots of kitchen items stocked. I would definitely recommend and stay there again and again. Great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in a number of condos at Kihei Alii Kai and this unit is one of the better ones we’ve rented. The location is perfect with easy access to the parking lot and elevator. The unit was very clean and spacious. Maui can get hot so having three independent air conditioners was perfect! I would have given a perfect five stars for the condo’s condition except for the flooring and wall at the entrance. I’m sure it’ll be addressed.

Maui Codo - Short Stay- But Nice Place

Reviewer Comments: The place was so nice - the only issue was not hot water - we reported it and the CBIP Staff addressed the issue right away - unfortunately we were not able to stay in the codo, needed a new hot water heater - we were given the option to find another place to rent and a refund was given. I loved the location and the condo - we will definitely check this place out if we return. I want to mention that Jeremiah from CBIP was wonderful to work with - he returned my calls updated us on what was going on with the water issue, and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our brief stay. He as so professional and truly cared. Great individual !!

Over priced and under delivered

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was convenient. We needed handicapped parking but the only spots available were for owners only--that is unacceptable and in fact is illegal in most states.. The unit itself needs work. Parts of the floor are in disrepair and the patio doors desperately need lubrication and new rollers. The TV in the master bedroom was streaming video only--for what we paid for that place they should been able to provide cable for that TV. There ws no TV in the second bedroom and there really should have been one. For the six days we were there the hot water took a long time to get to the bathrooms. The water ran fo nearly 10 minutes before it was hot enough to shower. Overall, the unit was overpriced and did not really live up to our expectations.

Aloha Donald, We are sorry for any confusion on the parking. With your state issued Blue Place card you can park in any stall designated for it. Three are two stalls above an two stalls below, they are on a first come first serve basis though. We will investigate the doors and hot water. The cable is only in the living.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find significant mold and water damage to the floors in the entry and dining area, the wall along the master bedroom and the carpet in the master. There was an active water leak in the master bedroom from the AC and the carpet was constantly soaked. Property management installed 2 dehumidifiers to help reduce the mold issue, but we developed headaches from the mold. We had to keep the windows open and air moving to ventilate the condo because of the mold. There were no other accommodations available, so we made do with what we had. Based upon our interactions with property management, they were aware of the leak and damage before we arrived. It appears they attempted to mitigate the issue but not fix it before we arrived. The flooring and carpet need to be replaced because of the mold and damage. Good customer service would be to notify us prior to our arrival and find replacement accommodations. This was not the vacation we hoped for.

Aloha, We are so sorry for your less than ideal experience. Yes, there was an issue with a leak that was resolved. A separate issue had started during your visit causing a greater amount of moisture. This was actually from the Air Conditioning unit above this unit not the actually unit itself. Seince we do not manage the above unit we had to connect with the association to help.
