Welcome to our spacious 3,000+ sq ft townhouse in Pine Mountain Lake (PML), located just 20 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Whether you're here for adventure or rest, our home offers the perfect base to explore California’s most breathtaking natural wonders.

Local activities within 20–60 minutes:
Lakes, scenic hiking trails, wineries, river rafting, Columbia Historic Park, caverns, and zip lines.
Within the PML community, enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, pickleball, and horseback riding—just a 3-minute walk to the golf course and clubhouse from the house.

The Space
Our multi-level home includes 4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath and deck, plus a fun game room (aka the 4th bedroom) with its own bathroom and deck.
The game room features two queen sofa beds and an air mattress, making it a great flexible space for kids or groups.

With over 3,000 sq ft of living space, four private decks, and beautifully separated bedrooms, this home is perfect for up to 12 guests seeking both comfort and privacy.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own full ensuite bathroom and private deck, ideal for multiple couples, families, or a group of friends. The downstairs game room, which also functions as the fourth bedroom, includes two queen sleeper sofas and a private bath—perfect for teens or flexible sleeping needs.

We can accommodate 1–2 additional guests upon request using air mattresses, depending on the group composition.

Please review the bed arrangements for each room before booking, as each bedroom accommodates a different number of guests. This helps ensure comfort and clarity for your entire group.

Parking & Gate Access

Free parking in spot #13 and nearby visitor spaces

All PML guests must pay a $45 + one-time entry fee per car (valid for up to 1 week and includes full amenity access)


Bonus: Since our home is within the golf course area, guests not using the lake or tennis courts may enter without paying the fee (check with host before arrival)


Additional Info & House Guidelines

Complimentary fresh coffee beans or ground coffee provided

2 fire logs + starter supplied in winter (bring your own after that)

No smoking or pets allowed; a $200/day fee will apply if violated

No parties or events unless approved in writing

Laundry access available for stays of 3+ nights

The attic space is open Oct–April only (no A/C and gets very hot in summer)

Two outdoor security cameras: one on the front deck, one on the game room deck

Please do not leave food or trash outside—wildlife is active in the area
