Front patio provides a private space to relax and enjoy Newport Beach. Conveniently located 2-blocks from the beach and 2-blocks from the grocery store!

Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, island stovetop), and granite counters. Seating at the counter for two along with a dining table for six.

Stacked washer and dryer provided right off of the kitchen.

Master bedroom- King bed
Secondary bedroom- bunk beds, each double beds
Living room- Full sleeper sofa

Hall bathroom- stand-up shower
Master bathroom- whirlpool bathtub (no shower)

Access to garage through master bathroom.

Note: single car garage fits compact to medium sized vehicles only. Garage opening dimensions- 6 5" H x 7 8" W x 19 D .

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect to get to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage was a great size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights grilling. This was a fantastic place and stay! Having dedicated parking made the coming and going super easy.

Great to have garage for parking, Hosts were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Very comfy home and location is great base camp to do things. Beach, shops activities like, shopping, hiking Laguna Beach. Sim racing for my son, golf you name it.

It’s our second year staying here. We love the location and the size is perfect for us and our 2 kids. We love that it gas AC as a lot of homes there don’t. Our car is too big for the garage but we kept all of our beach gear in there and street parking was pretty easy to find since we went on an off week.

Wonderful two bedroom bungalow near the beach. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Nick and Kristy were fantastic hosts and their cleaning crew is outstanding. No complaints, just compliments.

Fun in the Sun

Kristy and Nick were gracious hosts, providing and anticipating our every need. They communicated before, during and after out stay. Our stay was part of a very busy week of family reunion activities, and the house provided a comfortable and peaceful respite. We enjoyed walking to the beach, grocery store and food spots. The ease of getting to PCH and the 55 worked perfectly. The only downside is the garage is hard to access if you have a larger vehicle, and parking is challenging--but not impossible.We would certainly stay at their house again! Thank you, Kristy and Nick!

Amazing Time

Me and my fiance really enjoyed this house and the location of it. We loved that we could walk to the beach and even walk to grocery store/restaurants from the house. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a relaxing week or weekend at the beach.

Lovely place two blocks from beach and walking distance to shops (super close) and Newport pier (leas than 15 min walk). Home is very clean and comfortable for our family of four including two teens.

We loved this home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the home. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. There are plenty of towels and beach stuff. And you are just a short walk to the beach. Also, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Weekend getaway

The property was wonderful. As stated in other reviews -the garage is small but we were able to fit a van in it. We had a delightful weekend steps away from the beach.

Wonderful beach house-excellent location!

Such a beautiful beach house with excellent location to the beach and restaurants and shops! Decorated very cute, and clean home. Plenty of room for 6-8 with spacious rooms. The only thing I would recommend is an extra foam topper for the couch hide-a-bed. As the metal frame felt like it was digging in our backs. But other than that-would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a family of 4

Great location, perfect property for 2 adults and 2 kids. Parking space just fit our 4Runner (make sure you don't have a roof basket) which was a huge perk considering how hard it is to find street parking. Having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer were perfect amenities. We would 100% rent again!

Perfect for Family

We stayed here for a week and it was great for our family of 3. Everything was very clean and well kept. Plenty of towels and linens provided, well stocked kitchen with utensils and supplies. We loved having the in unit washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much for our stay. We had an issue with the neighbors doing construction late at night and the owner was really helpful and quick to handle the issue. We had a large truck so it didn’t fit in the garage and was hard to find street parking at times but that wouldn’t prevent us from booking again.

Our New Favorite Place Near The Beach

We just returned from a week in Balboa and had a lovely stay. The house was so comfortable and just a few blocks from the beach. I loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. We enjoyed several evening meals at home - it was actually so comfortable we didn't want to go out to eat. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay complete, from a jar of cookies waiting for us when we arrived to plenty of towels and shampoo to use. We loved our stay and can't wait to return soon.

The place was exceptionally clean, professional, and well stocked with things like linens, towels and beach accessories. Would have liked a few body boards to take to the beach, so maybe that’s something that could be added in the future. And the garage is crazy small so the smaller your car, the better. Other than that, we LOVED our stay. The location was perfect—2 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants and a shopping center with a grocery store. Communication with the host was great too. Would love to stay here again next year. Thank you!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This location was ideal for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful communicators. Everything was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean. All of the linens were fresh and comfortable. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. It made the short walk to the beach a breeze. The location was close to the beach, but not right in the middle of the crowds, so we could enjoy quiet evenings sitting on the front patio after dinner. The garage was a key factor in choosing this location. I could not have handled the stress of finding parking every time we went somewhere! So many dining choices within walking distance, and the grocery store is right around the corner. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

We Didn't Want To Leave!

The pictures of this beach house do not do it justice. But I'm getting ahead of myself. First, the communication with the property owner Kristy was terrific. She was responsive to my questions. She had quick solutions and suggestions. She offered up tips and was just a delight to work with on this stay. Now, the house. As soon as we walked in I felt so happy with how peaceful the place felt. It's decorated with such intention and the pops of color provided by the art on the walls, the bedding, and the textiles really made for a happy impression. The location is entirely perfect. It is exactly 2 short blocks from the beach and so close to the supermarket and some restaurants that we didn't need the car once it was safely tucked into the included parking garage. It was a tight fit for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, so be advised. Additionally, there's a little park nearby that our kids enjoyed. The beach right by the house is a perfect stretch with people of all ages hanging out but it was not at all packed like some beaches and it was clean and provided an awesome spot for watching the sunset. The main bedroom had a super comfy bed and the bunks were fulls instead of twins so it was a nice surprise. Everything we needed was in the house. Ample amounts of towels in the bathrooms, which were very nice (the tub is awesome), and in the kitchen. The Barbecue at the front was brand new. There were sand toys in the garage, beach chairs, and even a wagon. Everyone had such fun! Book it!
