Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely view & easy check in/out

Perfect for our 2 small families. Loved the ease of access to the beach, restaurants, and amenities. The toilet paper 🧻 was not on holders but rather behind the toilet in the bathrooms. The only other concern was that we were asked to start a load of laundry (during checkout) and there was no detergent. Otherwise it was awesome! Easy check in/out. Stunning view, comfy beds, and well stocked with bar ware and an under-counter ice maker! Oh! Also, decent coffee maker but no filters.

Simply relaxing

The grounds err well kept and the pools were clear and crisp, the walkway to the beach was maintained and had plenty of stations to wash off at, Ike’s was great for chair rentals and parasailing, the condo is everything we needed including it’s own ice maker which was a hit, the balcony had plenty of seating with a spectacular view. All sorts of birds passed especially the brown pelicans right in front of you so close you could make out the details on their faces and beaks. It was stunning! The condo was very clean and uncluttered, tons of storage space to keep bags out of the way. The owners had Netflix and Disney plus which was huge for the kids during rainstorms we had. I have zero complaints and loved our stay. The colors are simply stunning too, the same I have in my own home so I felt right at home. This condo is truly worth every penny and then some! Party of 12 and we had plenty of space. Very well done

Beautiful property, but communication is awful!

Upon arriving at the condo, we were given instructions on how to check in. What we thought would be a simple process, turned into a disaster. The key code did not work and after multiple attempts of phone calls, texting, etc the property management company is basically a waste of time. We were on hold for hours! After finally speaking with someone they promised someone from Vacasa would be by to help us get in. We had groceries delivered upon check in and after sitting outside of our condo for 3 hours and food going bad, an attempt to message the property management company via Facebook messenger is how we finally got inside our condo! The person they promised would be by never came! Next day, we go to the beach and around lunchtime some of our party comes back upstairs to get inside the condo, same thing happened! So day 2 we were locked out of our condo for close to 6 hours before a Vacasa Representative got back with us with another key code. Mind you we had no car keys, no money, 6 small children, and one adult that couldn’t take his heart meds. Thankfully the rest of the trip was pleasant besides the tropical storm that came through 😆 Had we not run into those issues, our stay would have been perfect. I think the owners need to get a new property management company because they were basically no existent.

Not clean upon arrival.

I would give this home 4 or maybe even 5 stars, but when we arrived for check in the room still had not been cleaned from the previous owners. First impressions are the most important!! We started cleaning the kitchen on our own just so we could unpack our coolers with food. The cleaners did arrive soon after 4 and the home was cleaned by 5:30. They did try to make it right by refunding the cleaning fee. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The security guards, one specifically, was very rude about the pool slide. They will allow a child with a life vest to swim but they can’t go down the slide with a parent. For that, we will not rent this home again until all of our children can swim. Beach access and grills were both great. The hot tub was down for maintenance our entire stay. It will be a while before we rent this home again, if we choose to.

Beautiful Condo

Loved the condo. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. We had an issue with the AC unit and 1 phone call is all it took and the problem was fixed. Great location and beautiful views. We did see 3 sharks from the balcony to but that did not stop us from getting in the ocean. Would highly recommend this condo to big families.

Disappointed

So disappointed in this place. In fact, this is the first negative review I’ve ever written. The condo itself is nice (floors were super dirty but everything else was clean and well stocked). In fairness, this isn’t necessarily the owner’s fault (although the owner is a member of the HOA that made these dumb rules). The biggest issue is that the kiddie slide (the reason I picked this place since I was bringing my three young grandkids and their parents, total group size 7) couldn’t be used unless kids could swim according to the HOA rules. This wasn’t indicated anywhere on the ad or I wouldn’t have booked. The kids weee so upset, and the guard was rude and acted like “well, you’re just a renter”. The parents were going to slide down with a child on their lap. We offered to sign a release of liability. Why couldn’t little kids ride a small kids’ slide, especially with parents?! The kids cried and cried and we couldn’t use the pool because just seeing the slide got them so upset. Ruined our trip. The rudeness of the front desk was also an issue. There were signs everywhere warning people not to do things reasonable people wouldn’t do anyway, and always with these dire consequences. “Don’t throw anything from the balcony or we will evict you with no refund of your rent.” Etc. I guess it was the tone—so unpleasant and punitive, that got me. Also the beach here is narrow and not well maintained. For the price I paid, the general tone of these signs and the front desk staff was decidedly low rent and made me uneasy about staying here. A nice property with value much diminished by the management company and HOA. I’ll never stay at any Phoenix again.

Nice condo but awful policies

The layout, furnishings, and dishes were all excellent at this condo. I wanted somewhere with good beds and easy-Care leather furniture since my three small grandkids were with us. But the rules, tone of the signs, and attitude of personnel were more consistent with very low-rent types of property. They had signs all over, such as “Don’t throw things off the balcony or we will evict you with no refund of rent.” No one would argue with the rule, and we were careful not to let the kids go out on the balcony with anything in their hands because we wouldn’t want anyone injured. A desk staff person actually told me renters’ opinions don’t count, only owners. In the past I have rented larger very nice homes a little farther down the beach and I will do so again. I felt like the signs and rules were aimed at college spring breakers and aren’t what I’m used to. Worst rule: kids can’t come down the kiddie slide unless they can swim, not even on parents’ laps. Parents can use the slide. But who would want to? It’s a kid slide. The guard (not a lifeguard but a security guard in uniform) was very rude in telling us our kids couldn’t come down the slide with their life jackets on or in our laps. They were so disappointed. I’d have never booked this unit had I known. There are also complicated rules about taking grocery carts in the units or leaving them in the halls as well. But no storage is available for beach gear.

Had to get service for dryer, but they came the next day. Iron cord was almost cut in two but did not call on it.

3 family vacation

The property is amazing and in a great location. The pools are perfect for the kids wanting away from the beach. The only negative is the kitchen is not well-stocked for a large group. Need a few bigger pans and possibly a griddle.

Family Gathering at the Beach

This is a great condo! It is large and everything from décor to appliances is high end! The view is incredible and the condo property is well maintained. The condo had a few minor maintenance issues: the fridge was very slow to cool-it didn't get cold enough to keep our things cold for four days and the dryer takes two cycles to dry a load. I reported both of those issues to the management company. Our family enjoyed our gathering and while it was a more expensive property, it was everything as described.

Lovely condo

The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. We were there for a week during the New Year holidays. Unfortunately the clothes dryer broke on the 2nd day we were there which was rough as we were 8 adults with wet towels, etc. Because it was a holiday, the repairs could not be made, so we had to go to a Laundromat to dry clothes, towels, etc. The owner graciously refunded a portion of our rental fee. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!
