Newly renovated by a luxury interior design firm, this four bedroom home sits approximately twenty minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and fifteen minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway! This home is also a beautiful fifteen minute drive to Grandfather Mountain, and only thirty minutes from both Sugar Ski Resort and Appalachian Ski Mountain!

Feel right at home as soon as you walk in the entrance and are greeted by the large living room and absolutely stunning views of the mountains, some of the best to be found! Unwind in the evening in front of the gas fireplace while the family chef cooks up dinner in the gourmet kitchen or catch the breathtaking sunset while roasting marshmallows in the outdoor wood burning fireplace on the main level deck. Challenge your opponent on a game of billiards in the upper loft area or take an afternoon and unwind on the lower level deck while relaxing to the sound of the creek behind the property. The brand new hot tub awaits for you to unwind after long hikes through the mountains or downtown shopping adventures! Bringing a four-legged family member? They're sure to enjoy stretching their legs in the enclosed doggie run off the front porch beside the home!

The cozy king master bedroom sits off of the living room with an en suite bathroom with tub and step-in shower. There is an additional full bathroom with step in shower on the main level. Located on the lower level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of twin bunkbeds for the kids. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed. This magnificent home sleeps up to eight people, perfect for a family get-together or friends' retreat. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- The home is pet friendly for a firm max of two (2) dogs, 40lb or less each. Pet rent is $50/nt per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs only; no other animals are permitted. Thank you for not requesting an exception to the posted size and number of pet requirements!
- Owls Nest has three official bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area.
- No more than 4 vehicles at a time. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Guests cannot leave cars on the shoulder.
- Internet is newly updated to Starlink and can accommodate streaming.
- This property has one exterior security camera mounted on the front porch monitoring the main entryway and parking area. No other cameras are present at the property.
- Firewood for the outside fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
