This condo is beautifully furnished for all of your vacation needs. Reserve II is the newest condo property on Sugar Mountain and is a gated community. This condo has a convenient walking trail right beside the building to the slope access. 75 yd walk to Big Birch Ski lift.
Offers long range mountain views and faces the slopes. Wonderful place to spend a vacation all year round. Master bedroom offers a king size bed and guest has a queen bed. (Occupancy of 4) The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Enjoy cool nights relaxing around the stone fireplace (gas logs). No Smoking, No pets, max occupancy is 4. *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE*
4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great place for a ski weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a wonderful view of the mountains. Easy walk to the ski slope. My only minor complaint was there was only one trash bag provided and neither bathroom had a hair dryer or shampoo.

We apologize about the trash bags, there should have been 2 trash bags per trash can. Since this is a Airbnb we leave it up to the owners to provide shampoo and hair dryers which most do not provide.

Perfect Stay

This was a lovely, clean , comfortable property, with an open and roomy main space and a great view of the slopes. Perfect weekend ski-getaway. There is evidently a trail you can walk to the Big Birch ski run , but we had a few first time skiers with us and that run is slightly more advanced. It’ll be perfect for next visit. Thank you to all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would rent here again 100 more times! The staff was quick and polite for any questions I had! The rental was spotless with a great open layout perfect for a small group or family. A main highlight was for sure the view as we could see a snow storm in the distance and watch it roll through. For avid snowboarders and skiers this is a great spot that does require some leg work to walk back to the house after a long session but the trail is nice and easy to access the slope.

Beautiful

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean and well furnished. We loved the gas logs after a day of skiing. The view was absolutely beautiful! I will say that we were not able to ski in and out of this location. The trail leads to one of the medium/advanced slopes and most of our group was beginners. But it was a short drive down the mountain to the ski resort. It worked out fine. It would be more ideal for more advanced skiers. But the location was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful but noisy

The condo itself was beautiful, with all the amenities, and the views outstanding. However, the guests in Unit B above me were very noisy, allowing their child to run constantly across the floor. In addition, they left their front door and deck doors open, so I had to listen to their child crying as well, I came up to have a nice quiet weekend, which did not happen. Unfortunately, that unit is not managed by the same property company as this unit, so nothing could be done.

We are very sorry that your trip was not as relaxing for you as you had hoped. Unfortunately, since we do not manage the other unit, there was nothing that we could do. The tenants in the unit did touch base with us after the fact and apologized. We hope that you will come and visit with us again.

Perfect Autumn Getaway

This Banner Elk condo was perfect in every way! Impeccably decorated, it was a great location for trips to Blowing Rock or to Boone, and to the Blue Ridge Parkway. A variety of art/jewelry galleries are a short drive away. Note: It is on the 2nd level so there are stairs.

Ski Trip

We had a phenomenal stay and the property could not have been more perfect. We are able to be on the slopes within minutes after a brief walk from the condo. The unit was great, and was perfect for our stay.

This beautiful property far exceeded our expectations!

I often see reviews of people commenting the pictures were a lot better than the rental in person. The pictures online of this property were great but it was even better in person! This property is so spacious, clean and very updated. Our family said we didn’t know if there could be a better view of Sugar Mountain. From booking the rental to our departure, we couldn’t have had a better experience and are planning to return to this property with our next stay in this area.

Excellent Experience!

The property was as listed, clean and well appointed. The views were great and the trail to Sugar Mtn runs right behind the condo. The roads were plowed on a regular basis and very quickly when it snowed. The property management company was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. We will be booking again!

Wonderful view

Loved the condo with amazing view. The only issue we had was the heater, it stopped blowing the hot air. But there is a wonderful fireplace in a living room, it helped us to stay warm. We enjoyed the place very much!
