This condo's location makes it a great place for a romantic getaway on Anna Maria Island. Situated right across the street from the bay, this property puts the beach just a short walk away! It comes equipped with great amenities including a shared heated pool, an updated, full kitchen, and a furnished patio, ideal for enjoying the refreshing island breezes.

Located near Pine Avenue and its many attractions, this unit is close to some of the best dining and shopping the island has to offer. Directly across the street is a great view of the bay, as well as a short sandy path down to the beach. Bayfront Park, a great place to relax or have a picnic, is nearby, as well. Also, the famous beaches of Bean Point are within your reach, just a short drive to the north.

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
