Have a wonderful time on your Cape Cod vacation! Our home includes a new deck for your summer cookouts an outdoor shower, three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen,dining area and a cozy family room on the lower level. It also has central air conditioning as well as a washer and dryer. We provide wireless internet and cable TV. beach chairs, boogie boards sand buckets, shovels and minnow nets for your convenience. It is centrally located in the town of Chatham and just minutes away from Hardings Beach, Schoolhouse Pond, Oyster Pond, bike trail and walking distance to the many shops on Main Street. Explore all the fun things Chatham has to offer like beaches, restaurants, shopping, concerts in the park and Cape Cod baseball. Short walk from our home will get you there ! The bike path is up the street. Saturday to Saturday only bookings

Great Chatham Location

Walkable to downtown Chatham which was very convenient. We were able to watch 3 Cape Cod baseball league games at the nearby field, walk to the movie theater, plenty of shopping, and rode the nearby bike trail. Great beach and dining options in Chatham.

Vacation

Good value for the money. Not having linens was a BIG inconvenience being from out of town. In hind sight would have paid more for a place that had sheets and towels. Walking distance to downtown…. ????? If you want to walk more than a mile. Find for me and my husband, but most would not want to make that hike. One bathroom is a challenge.

Perfect Location for a relaxing vacation!

We loved our stay here. The house had great spaces so that we could all be together for a board game but also find our own couch or chair to relax when we wanted to just read. We biked or walked everywhere: the beach, hiking, downtown, ice cream, restaurants, the baseball field. Lovely!

Fantastic location - easy to get to everything. the “dawn chorus” of birdsong from the natural area behind the house was a wonderful start to the day. Everything worked well, comfortable spacing for guests, good communication with Hosts. Glad we were all family sharing the one and only bathroom! otherwise, highly recommended.

Wonderful Chatham Stay

Skye Boat was the perfect rental for our family! Clean, spacious, comfortable, inviting and in the best location. We hardly left Chatham as this home is situated so perfectly. Thank you to our gracious hosts! We would definitely rent again!

Perfect location for walkers and bikers!

We stayed at Skye Boat for the month of July and had a great time. The house worked out perfect. Location was great fir us as we love to walk and it was 2 miles to lighthouse and beach, 1 mile to the center of town and a 1 1/2 mile walk to fishing pier. The bike path was just at the end of the street. We had 4 adults at one point and all worked great. The continuous hot water heater made showers, etc. very easy.

Great Chatham location

We enjoyed our stay at Skyeboat. Plenty of space for everyone and loved being able to walk to town. The house was very clean and well equipped and the owners were super helpful!

We had a really nice time staying at this property. It was a great location and perfect house for our family. The house had all the amenities we needed and was clean and the owners made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again!

My summer 2021 stay in Chatham, MA

I really enjoyed this little cottage. It was clean and comfortable. It was particularly enjoyable to have central AC available, just as the storm was passing through. I also found the walking distance to the center of Chatham very convenient. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Wonderful cape cod vacation

House was immaculate. AC works great. Looks nicer than pics. Right off the bike trail. Mile to downtown Chatham. Went to Hardings beach which was 5 minutes away. Watched sunset at rock Harbor. Great location. This is not a criticism of the property, just something one should be aware off. It's one bathroom which is not unusual for a cape cottage and which is how it's advertised. Ok for 2. Would not have worked if had my children when small. The outdoor shower is great. Would stay again.

Great Spot Near Chatham village

My family had a great time at this lovely house. We enjoyed the back deck and the outdoor shower. The house was clean and the AC was cold. We walked to Chatham Village and Oyster Pond Beach. Restaurants and the local grocery are just down the street. There's a bit of a sight distance issue backing out of the driveway, but the street is very quiet with very little traffic. Overall, a great place to stay in Chatham.

Great location, good amenities

Al and Eileen were terrific hosts. Their home is in a great location with easy access to all local beaches. The home provided a cozy experience for when we were having down time. We would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely Chatham Getaway

The location is great! Skye Boat is close to Main Street, bike path and Oyster Pond Beach which we love! Other beaches are also close so we have a lot of beach choices. The house has everything we need to make us feel at home. The owners kept us informed on what to expect in the house and gave us tips on how to get around Chatham.

Great for large family.

Great for large family except for 1 small bathroom with limited space. Home is out dated but it does look like owners have improved some things. We both noticed a musty smell upon entering each time. Owner does not provide sheets, pillowcases and towels. Also there was no soap in bathtub only hand soap. Very limited in kitchen too. 2 coffee makers but no coffee. I luckily brought my own. Lightbulbs in bathroom, kitchen and living room were burnt out. I found crumbs on kitchen counter, a pill and dead spider on the floor of the bedroom. It is centrally located and close to town and beaches. You can walk to bike trail. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved our stay!

We loved staying at Skyboat! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. More than enough space for my family of four. The location was perfect with easy access to Main Street. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cape spot

Spent a week and instantly felt at home. Location is not only central re: the Cape but close enough to downtown Chatham that you can walk to get anything you need. Floor plan creates a deceptively large space for how big it actually is. As five people from three generations we could all 'get away' when we needed to!

Cozy Vacation Home

This year we wanted to stay in Chatham while vacationing at the Cape. My daughter, who’s 13 yrs old, started searching for the right house. After narrowing it down to 3 we chose this one. It was cozy was roomy enough for all of us. The house has a nice new deck out back which we occasionally used. It was kind of cumbersome to lug everything either out the side door & around back or down through the basement. It would have been more convenient to have it right off the kitchen. However with the way the house was laid out there’s no other way & we made it work. The outdoor shower was nice to have especially when coming back from a day at the beach! With only a few minute walk to all the shops & restaurants it was convenient. The bike trail was literally around the corner which was nice. We ended up by getting a week beach pass & tried out 4 of the beaches but found ourselves going back to Cockle Cove Beach which was our favorite! Would we stay here again...absolutely! The owners kept in touch prior to our arrival which made it seem more personal.

Nice time.

Nice, clean and good place to stay. The owners were pleasant and helpful with communication. It was only a 5 minute ride to the wedding destination we attended.
