Relax and enjoy resort living at this beautiful condo in Pensacola Beach. This rental has plenty of space for a family or a few couples to spread out and enjoy their beach vacation, while the Gulf-facing, furnished balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. On-site, enjoy a variety of resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness room.

What's nearby:
Head over to the white sandy beaches located just across the street from your rental. Enjoy dining out at the many Gulf Breeze restaurants along Via De Luna Drive that offer casual or fine dining options. Or, shop for the perfect souvenir at one of the beach stores and visit a local gallery for one-of-a-kind beach decor.

**PLEASE NOTE: During the timeframe of June 7, 2025 through June 14, 2025 there will be The 2nd Baptist Students Church Group staying at the resort. This is a large group that has come for many years.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view of the beach was extraordinary. Unobstructed and beautiful. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and the sunset. The 2 BR, 2 BA condo was perfect for my daughter and me. We love Portofino for the extra amenities like on property restaurants, beautiful pool and easy access to the beach.

Stunning beach view

The beach was beautiful the pool nice at night. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night on the balcony, Was nice and relaxing.

Amazing resort and condo

Resort filled with amenities that you don't need to leave the premises. Check in and contact with vacasa was a little difficult with extended wait times etc. Tower 2 jacuzzi had green algae and possibly black mold

overall, condo was clean. there was a musty smell in it, though, that was a bit nauseating. Also, the towels were very rough and irritating and had a bad smell also. I think the towels and linens could use upgrading for the price you pay to rent it. The view was fabulous except the two towers in front of it blocked part of the ocean view. We would certainly come back again, but would probably try to rent one of the front towers instead.

Do not book through Vacasa

The unit was filthy. I'm sure the owners would be embarrassed. Vacasa never sent clean towels. I had to wash sheets and towels, we finally just left on Saturday after our needs were not met as they promised on Friday. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

Floors were dirty, missing kitchen cabinet, no pillows for the sofa bed, cutie pillows had a yellow stain, almost all the doors had peeling paint, light bulbs out

Needs some retouching

This place needs new paint on the doors they were peeling everywhere and also the vent from the microwave fell into the stove top several times causing a huge mess- it would be better to have better mattress as well - advertised as 2 kings but mattress was much smaller than the king frame in one of the rooms!!

Beautiful view of the coast!

Kitchen poorly stocked (2 wine glasses etc..) mattresses were TERRIBLE. Neighbors were loud throughout the night. (Memorial Day weekend/ Gay Pride weekend- may have contributed). Overall, people there were friendly. Disappointed in quality of condo. Doubt will go back.

Decent but pricey

Place has an awesome view but you must cross the street to the beach where there are no public facilities other than walking back across the street to the pool in Tower 1. Or, you can drive to the next lot where you have 2 portolets (one serviced more than the other). The main pool is on the sound side which is beautiful, but no personal drinks in there. Should you want a beverage the prices are about double what you would pay in town at one of the hangouts. Having rented at several AL/FL Panhandle places, I could get a better buy with more convenience and not get unsold on everything. Also, the two beds sit really high and the master bed creaks. The garbage pick up and other racket begins about 6 a.m. and you can hear the elevators from the bedroom whenever they run. Make no mistake, beautiful place, but maybe not your Best Buy. Depends on what you're after.

Loved it!

My husband, high school age son and his friend stayed here for spring break and we absolutely loved it! The condo was very spacious, clean, great view of the water and resort staff was amazing. This was our first time at Pensacola Beach and we will be back!

Nice resort, nice condo

Great view and resort amenities offset the dated interior decor of this gem of a condo. Despite enduring Hurricane Sally and the many related inconveniences, we found this condo comfortable. We would choose it again.

Good place to stay on vacation.

No one ever came to repair the master bathroom toilet, which was not flushing properly but, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. At least we had two other bathrooms to use, so we are inconvenienced but okay. Beautiful views, rooms clean and decor was very nice. Would stay again in these condos.

Wonderful weekend for Blue Angels despite the weather

Property was great, the personnel were friendly, and our condo was clean and the check-out process was simple. Definitely enjoyed the view at this condo and the trolley pick-up/drop-off area right at Portofino entrance made the commute to Boardwalk or Peg Leg's pretty easy. Ubers/Lyft were only about $10 to Casino Beach area. Overall a wonderful stay without issue and the property helped us enjoy a Blue Angels weekend that was affected by weather

Last Minute Getaway

Our family can never plan in advance and always have to book at the last minute. Vacasa was so helpful in making our plans the day of arrival. Portofino #1906 has the perfect set-up, the perfect view and is ideally located right next to the center of activity. There were a few minor problems but Vacasa was quick to respond and took care of things the best way they could. All in all it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely look at staying here again.
