Seapines 4/bed 3 bath Ranch style home--no stairs--located in a private Sea Pines community. Natural wooded views from 2 patios with nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the natural setting all around you. On site community pool and tennis court are less than a quarter mile from the home. Also free clay court time at a near by private club. It's just 1 mile to the beautiful white sand beaches. Bikes are included and there is a large driveway for parking. South Beach, Salty Dog Café and Harbour Town are 1 mile bike ride away. The pictures say more than words.

Your family will enjoy cooking out and eating on the large patio adjacent to the kitchen, and eating at the large dining table together. Greenwood Forest is a wonderful neighborhood, with an on-site pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a playground for the kids-all just a couple of blocks away. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass an door code ahead of your stay, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security. Just head straight to the home, park and head to the beach.

Short break in Hilton head

Nice property, good location, lots of space.Doesn’t look much from the outside but inside was great.Large bedrooms, large open plan living room.We had 8 adults and never felt cramped.Beach club a short drive, pool and tennis court walking distance.

Fantastic Home

Upon arrival, the property was clean and in good condition. The house had all the necessities for cooking and entertaining, not a far distance from the beach and the Greenwood neighborhood pool playground, tennis court in basketball area was quite enjoyable, would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Lovely, clean home with great layout and great location in Sea Pines! Loved the nearby community pool and playground. And the beach was just a mile bike ride away on a beautiful bike pathway. We are looking forward to coming back!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. Loved the nature setting of Sea Pines! The house was a great location for all of the activities of the week. Loved the biking trails. We had fun exploring the area!

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. Check in and check out was easy. Instruction manual covered all the details. It would have been nice to have more cooking seasoning, paper towels/plates, laundry detergent, however the listing did not state that would be included so that is just a suggestion.

HHI trip

Great location! The carpet and window fixtures are a little outdated and not the cleanest looking. There was limited hot water, but we made it work! The kitchen was very clean. The TVS were easy to work. The property manager was very easy to work with. Would recommend this rental!

Fantastic Trip

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend 2022. This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful. If we decide to go back to Hilton Head we would try to stay here again!

Great family house!

House was wonderful. There were 10 of us. We had plenty of room. House is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The house was updated and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this house and would definitely book again.

As good as it gets

Place was great for 8 people. Plenty of room to spread out yet nice common areas to gather. Clean and convenient to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Internet never slowed with everyone using it. Never ran out of hot water

Spacious house for the whole family in quiet neighborhood. We had to clean many dishes/pans before use, placemats needed washing, and property very shady with algae on front walk. Overall good, but not great.

Front steps have been power washed and I've forwarded this to the cleaning company to be sure they check out what they are putting away and to run a deep clean cycle on the dishwasher. Thank you!

Home away from home

If you are looking for a relaxing week in Sea Pines book this property if it is available. This is the second time we have stayed here and will look to reserve this location again next year. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and there is plenty of room to relax and not be on top of each other for a week. We only needed to take our personal belongings, everything else was furnished. The only issue we had is the 3rd bathtub near the room with two double beds would not drain. Other than that the property gets 5 stars from me.

Great House

Loved the house! Good communication with the property managers who sent lots of great info about the area before arriving. The only problem we had was getting into the gym at no cost. We did not follow up with the property manager re this problem but maybe it shouldn't be listed as an free amenity. Other than that our stay was great! The kitchen was beautiful and we had everything we needed except coffee filters (I brought the wrong kind). The bedrooms were larger than I thought they would be, the bathrooms were clean but had typical beach house bath drain issue. All in all, the house was perfect for us - we highly recommend it!

I'm sorry you didn't get in touch with us regarding the fitness membership. Our guests use a local gym, not the small one inside the resort. It's a couple of minutes out the front gate and much nicer. For next time, just send a quick message and I can get you the information to sign in for free. So glad you had a great stay and we'd be very pleased to help you come back to Sea Pines in the future.

Very Comfortable House

The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with meal prep and eating equipment. Lots of TVs and places to sit comfortably. Jessica was responsive when contacted. Only minor negative point, especially during a very hot and humid week: getting to the beach was something you had to plan. Non-owners could not park cars at the beach lots between 8-5. So, you either: 1. dropped off your car, before 8am, loaded with your beach equipment 2. drive to the trolley and take it (ran very regularly) 3. biked 4. walked We had early risers who could drive and needed to walk the dog. So, they dropped one of our cars off before 8am, loaded with the beach stuff, then walked the dog back to the house. We used the 2nd car to go to the trolley, some road the bikes and some walked a few times.

Sounds like you mastered the art of getting to the beach in the summer! It's nice that the resort offers a lot of options for visitors when the beach lot is needed for owners. This is from April to Labor Day.

Spacious house in good location

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children found the property clean and comfortable. We especially liked having two living areas making it easy for family members to enjoy separate things. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen (needs some new pots/utensils) were adequate, but need some updating. The patio and outside storage area for bikes and trash was easily accessible. The furniture in all the rooms was clean and very comfortable ... plenty of TVs. There were a few minor repairs needed to doors and a drawer. All said, we enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this property again. However, the one complaint we have is with beach access. It was not made clear to us that we would only be able to park at the Beach Club parking lot at certain times of day ... and not even be able to drop off or pick up anyone even if there were many open spaces ... no stopping anywhere near there! This was very frustrating and inconvenient. There is also no beach parking at the Plantation Club across the street. We have been going to Sea Pines for over 35 years and hope that something can be done to make beach access for everyone more accommodating.

As property managers in Sea Pines we wholeheartedly agree and continue to advocate for changes to beach parking that will accommodate both owners and guests.

Large Home - Had some disappointments

The home was large and matched the description. I would not say the kitchen was well equipped, with no salt/pepper (anything...), with only 1 trash bag and 1 paper towel roll for 6 people. Also, we encountered bugs/ants, even though we didn't leave any food out as recommended. One of the bath/showers appeared to have been missed by the cleaning crew. Also, the jack/jill bath had serious issues with molded, water damaged ceiling sheetrock. The problem was reported to mgmt during day 1 and they did offer to have someone come out that day, but given the size of the damage it would have required a tear out and replacement. We declined the offer and did not use the bathroom. On a positive note, the linens were nice and the 2 bikes worked out great. It's a great house, if the owners would treat it as a home rather than a rental property. We have been staying in HHI for 15+ yrs and rented many properties and regrettably, this is the 1st time I've had to leave a negative review.

Unfortunately there was a leak in the HVAC system and the repair has already been completed and remediated. We are so sorry that it was unsightly for the guest. An interim interior pest control appointment was also done. We look forward to hosting all our future guests without issue.

Calm before the Storm

Loved the house. Great location - close enough to bike and walk to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. There is a secret cut thru to the Sea Pines center ( home of truffles and a pizza shop, ice cream etc). We had to leave early before Hurrican Ian ............
