The fully-equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and crockpots), a full-sized refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy outdoor meals with mountain views on the spacious deck, complete with a propane grill and dining table.

The main bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a skylight for star-gazing and an electronic shade for privacy. For remote work, the loft is outfitted with an UPLIFT standing desk, ergonomic chair, dual Dell monitors, a ThinkPad-compatible docking station, and a Logitech keyboard, mouse, and HD webcam.

Entertainment options include multiple smart TVs, free WiFi, and a selection of books, board games, and puzzles.

The house also features a newly renovated gear room with custom-made wood fixtures/furniture, including a wall-mounted ski rack, floor snowboard rack, and floor-to-ceiling storage that is sized to fit ski/snowboard boots, helmets, backpacks, jackets, etc. In the summer, a freestanding 2-bike rack is available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
