Enjoy a getaway in the mountains, in your own private space with private hot tub. Given the current travel situation, we are keeping 72 hours between guest stays. Extra cleaning and disinfecting precautions are being taken as well. You can have a worry free vacation.

Spend the day hiking nearby trails, or skiing Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper, located just minutes away. Then come home to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the stone fireplace, relax in the year round hot tub or catch a movie on the smart TV. You can expect the highest standard of maintenance and comfort -- the owners regularly use The Burgundy Chalet themselves ensuring a hassle-free stay and a memory-building vacation.

The Burgundy Chalet offers a fantastic location, no matter your passion or the season. Located minutes away from Lake Dillon and the Frisco and Dillon Marinas, countless hiking trails, and premium outlet malls. In the winter, you are in the heart of ski country; Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek and miles of cross country trails are all a short drive.

If you are looking for a mountain getaway, you can relax in the hot tub or Jacuzzi, read a book by the fire and simply relax on the back deck, under the aspens. Prepare a gourmet meal for your gathering in our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill (a Weber of course). For those that need to provide the illusion of connectivity to the real-world, we offer broadband internet access - both wireless and wired, color fax/scanner/printer, and cordless telephones.

The property was perfect! And all of the amenities worked perfectly as mentioned. The welcome book was amazing telling about great local restaurants and places to go. The owner was also incredibly respectful and responsive.

This is a great rental! Our family of 6 stayed here comfortably for several nights. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds and our host was helpful with snow removal and communication. The location was perfect for skiing and fishing and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day.

Wonderful stay at Burgundy Chalet

The home was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed: everything from the bedrooms and common areas to the hot tub on the private deck to the heated garage, a well stocked kitchen and lots of games, puzzles and DVDs and even music CDs. We had a terrific family vacation and would definitely stay again!

Mold and dog hair

I booked this thinking there was not pets allowed to stay here as my whole family is allergic to dogs and cats. Well I was wrong! The downstairs bedroom with bunkbeds where my younger boys stayed had them so sick. They were sneezing and couldnā€™t breathe. When i started looking through the beds and floor i seen pet hair. I asked the owner immediately if there is pets there. She replied bo but her friend had came with a dog and stated in that room. I asked for the vacuum to try to clean it better as it obviously was not cleaned well. She let me know where to find it along with clean sheets which should of been clean before i got there. Another thing that was very bad was the upstairs bathroom in the room with 2 queen beds. There was what looked like ā€œblack moldā€. Not mildew but mold. My other boys where staying in that room. I called her with this concern and she let me know she didnā€™t know it was there and she would let the painters who were coming in a week or so it was there. So sheā€™s painting over it? Idk but this is a health concern. I do have photos of this. For as much as we paid For this house it was not what we thought it would be. Would not stay here again!

Stayed here for a week of skiing, close enough to everything but far enough away from the city and highway noise. Lots of space and owner was responsive to any questions we had.

Host was very responsive to all of our questions. Property was exactly as presented in listing. Everything was clean and well organized. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Making meal prep simple. Very easy check in and out procedure.

Multiple Stays

Iā€™ve now stayed in the home twice and still loved it!! This will be my weekend getaway 1st choice, every time. Easy to find, away from the noise but convenient to town, spacious home, easy process, and watching the moose and her baby (safely from the kitchen window of course) was extraordinary!!

Cabin Weekend

Overall the stay was awesome. There was no fans on second level so it made it a little warm at night even with windows open. The cabin was very nice and relaxing for a small girls weekend in the woods. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect skiing and sightseeing weekend

4 of us had been to Colorado before, but the others this was their firs visit and this home was convenient to everything we wanted to show them. The hot tub was a perfect touch to the end of a cold day. The bedrooms each paired to their own full bathroom made things easy and private. Having three guys who were not related was easy to accommodate with the two bunk beds (4 individual beds). Would defintely stay there again if it is available.

Rustic Chalet

We had a group of four adults, a teenager, and two other school age children. The house is a little dated and rustic, but the pictures tell the story...we got what we expected. The price was right for the kids' first ski vacation. The house was well stocked with spices, paper, and kitchenware. We loved the fireplace and private hot tub, although we couldn't get all the jets to work, it was plenty hot. There was an issue with the coffee maker, but I was told I could buy another and would be reimbursed; however, we opted for pouring hot water over the coffee and that worked fine. The owner/manager was very responsive to my communications. As a bonus the garage stayed warm enough for us to store our ski equipment. As another bonus, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine (thank you!). We would stay there again.

I liked the location of the house. The lot has a beautiful backyard full of aspens that add privacy and beauty to the scenery. Close to many hiking trail heads and cross country trail heads. Also close to the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne, while still having a rural feel. I love the house because its a great place for our family to go spend quality time together while enjoying the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
