Enjoy a quiet beach vacation in this well decorated 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom

D7 Villas on the Gulf is a nicely decorated 2-bedrooms 1.5 bathroom condo located at 1650 Via de Luna Drive on Pensacola Beach. This comfortable condo includes 2 private bedrooms, both equipped with a TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom. It features a living area, dining area, half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The private balcony overlooks the lagoon!

You’re a short stroll away from the pearly white beach and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico when you stay at D7 Villas on the Gulf on Pensacola Beach.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.


Sleeping Configuration:
Master Bedroom: King size bed
Second Bedroom: 1 Double and 1 Single size bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

It was a nice experience overall. The condo is nicely decorated and well kept. If you are a light sleeper I don't recommend this condo. You can hear the people walking upstairs. They went to bed around midnight and were up before 5 am. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Swimming pool wasn't cleaned during our stay.

Great place, great location!

Although, having to get a key from an office and then drop the key back off to the office, wasn't ideal. Also, getting a note about how I could have saved money booking directly from you - not cool!!

Pensacola Beach Rentals staff are helpful and go out of their way to assist you and get you answers to questions quickly. Our holiday home was clean and the area uncrowned. We lived feeding the ducks and turtles and just enjoyed the area as a whole. Would highly recommend this company! We'll be back for sure.

Bass fishing paradise at the beach, great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this spot to relax by the beach. The first morning waking up, we look off the deck and see many 1 - 3 pound bass sitting in the flats. Wish I would have brought my fishing rod with me. We say multiple people come by and fish, all of them caught some in a short period of time. This place has many large bass that we could see. I would come back here in the future just to bass fish. :-) you could do it from the deck. There is a nice covered area below the bedrooms, that you can even fish in the rain and stay dry.The beds are soft and comfortable, the couch was very relaxing. The only complaint was that the sliding glass door is very heavy and required lots of effort to open and close every time (needs to be addressed by management).The site is well maintained, the pool was nice and it is only a short walk to the beach with a shower and rinse off station at the edge of the property and beach.People fishing on the beach were catching pompano and spot tails using sand fleas. This is a nice spot. The surfers we enjoying themselves nearby also.

Exactly what we were looking for

Needed something reasonably priced, easy to get to beaches for morning walks and was a quick 5 minute drive to a beach house wedding we were in town for. Very clean, nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Sat on the balcony each morning, sipping coffee while a guy caught a few fish in the on-site pond. First time in Pensacola area and we had a great time. Will definitely visit again.

Will book again

This place was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen equipment. Getting to the beach was a short walk. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of beach chairs and some beach towels. Other than that we will be looking to book this place again next year.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and clean. The area was good and close to the main area of Pensacola beach, so it was convenient. A short walk to a nice beach that had just enough beach goers but not so much that it becomes overcrowded.It would have been nice if the place had some cooking needs like sugar, salt, cooking oil, but not a big deal.We had the unfortunate experience of renting at the same time a family w/ two small kids and one big dog had the rental above us. Those kids wake up at around 6:30 as you can hear footsteps running around.

Pleasant and Private

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. The two bedrooms with three beds made a pleasant experience for our family with two young teens. The unit was clean and bright. A short two minute walk to the gulf.

Absolutely, here's a bit more detail: 1. Our overall stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we departed, everything exceeded our expectations. The vacation rental was situated in an absolutely perfect location. Nice, comfortable stay! We enjoyed the porch! The third day some rowdy spring breakers moved in upstairs, but they would quite down when asked. They did puke onto our balcony, from above, on our last night so we weren’t able to sit out there that last morning... We just took and extra long walk on the beach. It was a lovely stay overall!! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. I guess it could’ve used an empty cabinet to store the food we bought, but otherwise perfect! Thank you.

Spring break fishing weekend

Great place. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. Only issue we had, a couple of the pans in the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned. We just ran them through the dishwasher so not a huge deal.

Unforgettable Pensacola vacations

Location is really great, bayside, 2 line, with private beach access through nice wooden bridges upon lagoon with fontains and ducks! Beach is really in Bounty style: white sand, clear deep blue ocean, everything is clran and nice. 2 sunbeds and umbrella are available, 50$ per day. Our flat was very comfortable, 2 separate bedrooms, with old-fashioned furniture and 1 king size bed in master bedroom and 2beds - queen size and standard - in another. 2 toilettes, bathroom with a low tube. Kitchen was full equiped and very confortable, with nice dining area. However, there were dirty stove and oven, with bad smell during heating. Blender was dirty too. Very nice and good equiped living room with 3p sofa and love seat. TV in every room. In whole, it was very comfy and relaxing stay. Definetely be back!

Nice place

We liked the place very clean. it was advertised with washer and dryer but did not have one, this is one reason we booked there. the pool was closed 2 of the 4 days we were there another reason why we booked there.

Better then expected

I was going to show up late the check in process was easy. Response time was immediate. Check out was just as easy. Everything that was described in the listing was on point I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this listing. When we come back I will be booking with them again. I like the close access to the beach. Condo was cleaner than expected which me and wife loved. What I also like was I had a few questions about the condo and the response time was quick, I didn’t have to wait the most I had to wait was about 5 minutes if that I loved that. Anyway I would highly recommend this site.

Rainy fun

We loved this condo. It happened to rain a lot during our stay but watching the ducks, turtles and other wildlife kept us entertained. The beach is just a short walk. We had everything we needed to make our meals. When the AC went out, we had fast attention!
