This charming guest cottage sits behind the main home, Cabana Fever, and is accessed via a sandy footpath leading to a private picket fence entrance.

At the entrance, two Adirondack chairs provide the ideal setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you'll find everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway, including a cozy living area with a twin sleeper sofa to accommodate one more, a club chair, and a large plasma TV, and a small dining table for two.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner electric stovetop, compact oven, under-counter fridge, small sink, microwave, and Keurig. Adjacent to the kitchen, a half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in a convenient laundry closet.

Upstairs, the bright and inviting queen primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a private open-air balcony. The room features a chaise lounger, dresser, built-in storage on both sides of the bed, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Step out onto the open-air balcony, where custom-built bench seating for two is surrounded by palm trees—a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the nearby waves.
