Our property is located steps from the beach, one house off ocean with incredible unobstructed ocean views on 20th Street in North Beach Haven, (Long Beach Island) LBI. It is the second floor of our brand-new home. The apartment has 100% privacy, there are no shared amenities. There is a private separate entrance with inside stairway on the side of the house, private outdoor shower and a private fenced back yard.
Park your car and put your keys away for the rest of your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and respectful of other families. It is managed by ourselves, personally. We are semi-retired and live on the 3rd floor.
The private entrance has an inside stairway on the left side of the house. It features 4 Bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a private outdoor shower. The master bedroom, with au suite bath, has beautiful views of the ocean from your Queen Size bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. There also is a Queen pull-out sofa in living room. The living, dining room, kitchen and front deck have open, awesome, unobstructed views of the ocean. There is central A/C and W/D as well as a gas grill, picnic table/chairs in your own private fenced back yard. There is 600 Mbps Internet, Wi-Fi, Cable TV (Smart TV) in each bedroom as well as living room (if you have an account, can use Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.). Use of Beach Badges, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas as well as linens (one set of sheets for each bed, one hand, one wash and one bath towel, one beach towel) are all included in the rental. There are no additional cleaning fees or taxes. There is a refundable security deposit required. There is off-street parking for 2 cars (If needed, there is always on street parking available).
Bay Village, Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Waterslide are 10-12 blocks away. Stefano's, Isola restaurants, Dairy King, Beach Haven Fishery are two blocks away. Terrace Tavern, The Beach House, Oyster Bar, Robertos, are 11 blocks away. Surflight Theatre, Bird and Betty's, Black Whale, Buckalews, Morrison's Marina and Pearl St Market are 20 blocks away. There are many things to see and do as well as many fine eating establishments within walking or bike-riding distance.
The beach is literally a seashell's throw away from the house. Read our reviews and contact us anytime if you have any questions. We personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. We handle our own rentals and rent only to families as opposed to groups of young people. The minimum age of the primary renter is 28. There are no parties or events allowed. We have a "5” star rating on VRLBI, and are Superhosts on Airbnb.
