Beautiful single family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, within walking distance to the beach. Home is meticulously clean and well-maintained. Pet free and smoke free. Recent renovations in 2017 include, new flooring, new 2-zone central A.C. units, new living room furniture, renovated bathroom, and new refrigerator. Wi-fi, internet connection and cable included.

Come relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the upper or lower private decks. Lower deck is located off the 1st floor master bedroom. Or, gaze at the stars on the upper deck, located off the living room/kitchen. Great layout for extended family. 2nd floor boasts open living space - kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. First floor has 2 bedrooms, master bath and laundry room. The home also has a private outdoor shower. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoy the day at the beach, which has public rest-rooms and showers conveniently located at the beach access ramp. Ready to escape to your beach house away from home? Now is the time for LBI family memory-making! Families only please.

Our family had an amazing time in Beach Haven. The location was beyond perfect- literally steps away from the beach and public bathrooms. The house had everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful home super close to beach!

My friends and I had a great time at Frank's property. The home is less than a block from the beach, and the spacious deck was perfect for our memorial day bbq! We would definitely stay here again!

Great family weekend.

The property is excellent, with lots of room for a relaxing time. Located in the quietest part of the island but only a 10 minute drive/uber to the restaurants and shops. Though the weather was not the best for much beach time, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging on the deck and were able to sneak in some nice walks on the beach and around the bay.

Quiet get away

The house was as advertised and very close to both the ocean and the bay. There was a sandwich shop just 200 feet away for an early morning coffee or sandwiches for lunch or dinner. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach getaway!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at Frank's home. It was beautiful, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was just as described. We truly enjoyed hanging on the deck and the hammock for relaxing. It was super close to the beach and convenient with having two kids. The communication was great with Frank and he made us feel like we were at home. We hope to go back next year for a longer stay

All around perfect

What an incredible house - fully stocked with everything you would need and might forget to pack (including garbage bags, laundry soap, tons of dishes and even saran wrap) to the amazing location. It is so close to the beautiful beach. The layout of the house is great and all of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside either sitting on both the upstairs and downstairs decks. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Overall a 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was perfectly set up for two small familiesā€”plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and a great layout that gave everyone room to relax.One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor area. The decks were spacious, safe, and ideal for the kids to play with plenty of room for the adults to relax.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Weā€™d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others traveling with children or two small families.

Vacation at Frank's Holgate House

We had a great get-away at this Holgate, NJ property. The balcony-deck was especially nice for sitting and relaxing outside after a morning and afternoon at the beach. It's close location to the beach was fantastic.

The Perfect Beach house
