Important Property Notes

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

• Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome. Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lb weight limit, $30 pet fee.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay.
The fee is the same as the standard cleaning fee: $175.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Construction Notice:
There is ongoing construction across the creek from the home.

• Parking:
Maximum 2 vehicles may be parked overnight at the property.
