Good place.

Our only complaint is that the pool/hot tub close at dusk. Thats is the not the owners fault tho.

Door hard to open and has a 1/4 inch gap at the top, refrigerator ice maker leaks and has mold, battery missing in smoke detector and dead I tv remote. Remote for main tv not paired with tv. Love the community and location but this unit needs work

It was ok.

We were aware that the elevators would not be available when we got there. But the fourth floor condo which is listed as penthouse, for some reason is merely a condo on the fourth floor. We have stayed there before Ian and it still has the same old furniture and decor.. the dishwasher was not functioning, and the fan on balcony could not be turned down because it was corroded to the fixture. The toilet had a problem with constant trickle of water, which I could fix by adjusting the flapper every couple of days. We rented this condo because this is where we stayed before Ian and we wanted at least something that was familiar. I lived on Bay Beach Lane for many years, and it was still sad to see all the changes in the island. The condo is convenient to the beach across the street and when Santini Plaza gets up and running, it will be convenient to restaurants, shops, and bars. Will probably look around for another place to stay next year.

Down in quiet area of the beach. Cute quaint house def needs some updates but overall it is nice

The house needs some updates and a new cleaning crew. We had some issues but the the owner addressed them for us. Location is great and secure.

Good value for the money

It was on the south side of the island so not near all the hubbub. Close to a marina and the strip mall. Directly across the street from the beach. Seemed to be a value when looking and had a couple of issues (not ready when we got there). No communication from the owner/manager/whoever. Coffee pot leaked, washer would not drain, lightbulbs missing, right master sink would not drain, we could not find the grill, only three laundry packs and only one dishwasher pack. All that considered, the price was definitely lower than other places around, so was still worth it. We enjoyed the size, the property, the location, the screened deck, etc.

Could benefit from a new cleaning service.

Could benefit from a new cleaning service. We loved the spaciousness of the condo and the peaceful area where it was located. The cleanliness was marginal and the carpets are in dire need of either replacement or A good cleaning. Not on the beach but peaceful view of the pond. No luggage carts and grills were not convenient.

Nice accommodation

This is a very comfortable place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of towels. The kitchen faucet could be replaced and carpets cleaned or replaced. Our issue was not with the unit itself. It is great. The pool situation was a problem. It’s a beautiful pool. Unfortunately we were seldom able to sit there as pool chairs are saved with towels by 9:00 in the morning. (One morning it started at 7:00). We have stayed on FMB for 7 years and never encountered this before. The frustrating part was many of these saved chairs were not occupied until noon -1:00. We are active early morning and like to come back at 10:30 and sit by the pool. Sometimes there was one lone chair without a towel. Being retired professionals we refused to succumb to this behavior by setting out towels before we left. Fortunately the beach is a 3 minute walk away.

Very nice property. Wonderful location. Kitchen faucet did need repair, but we could live with it. Will let owner know. He seems quite responsible, very easy to work with. Hoping to come back again. Retired physician

Relaxation

Beautiful condo, Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The condo is supplied with all the comforts of home. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking instructions would have been helpful, and it would have been nice to receive a reply from the owner on the two occasions we emailed. All and all a great trip.

Great Stay on Fort Meyers Beach

This condo was awesome. The location was great. Short walk to the beach and to many stores and restaurants. Away from the busy north end of the island but everything you need is within walking distance. Had a little trouble with the NEST thermostat as we are not familiar with that technology. Some instructions would be helpful.

Schönes Apartment in gepflegter Anlage

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.Poolanlage mit Whirlpool in gepflegtem Zustand. Parken im Untergeschoß war einfach und unkopliziert.Sehr nette Mitbewohner. Kurzer Weg zum Strand - nur über den Zebrastreifen und dann ein paar Schritte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious and a perfect layout to spend the week! The walk to the beach was very easy. It was also a very short walk to Santini Plaza for food, ice cream, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo was amazing. It is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Easy walk to food, cross the street to beach. Wish we could book this for a future date at the same rate.

Unit was clean and spacious and appreciated the dedicated internet.

Owner could have provided better instructions for entering building. Code for outside door should have been on first page of information, not buried on the next screen. When I contacted owner for help, I did not receive a response until noon of next day. If a resident had not let us in, we would not have known what to do. No place to check in or get help with any questions. We could not use restrooms at pool because we were not provided with a key. Advertisement of property stated we were only steps from private beach and we never saw a private beach. If they were referring to a small pond with a mechanical waterfall outside our deck as a private beach, we were sadly disappointed. Advertising also stated that we were steps from the main beach. We were on the other side of Estero Blvd and had to cross traffic and walk a path to get to beach. It was many steps, not a few, and should be advertised as such. In addition, unit is not friendly to seniors. No grab bars in the tub or shower in either bathroom and we were only provided with 4 rolls of toilet tissue for two bathrooms for 8 days. Unit was clean & spacious, and convenient to trolley, plus parking, but I would not stay there again for the other reasons listed above.
