Exceptional experience

A real gem. 10 out of 10 (it's a shame VRBO's rating scale is only up to 5) for the hospitality and overall amazingness. Would certainly recommend to visit Lovers Key State park and beach.

Amazing experience! +The best host ever!!!

This place is very clean (even for those super picky ones like me) and nicely decorated, with a beautiful canal view from the master bedroom window/balcony and from a master bathroom window. Everything you need during your stay and more you can find there. Kitchen is fully equipped and even has supplies that usually hosts don't provide (oil, salt, coffee, flour, sugar, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, extra paper towels, just to name a few). There are things that you can and can't think about. Perfect!!! We loved the location, too. Beach is right across the street, 3 min and you are there. Everything we needed for our beach experience was provided, including beach toys for our little daughter. The chairs and umbrella are good quality (NOT those cheap ones that fall apart ones you seat on them or fly away from a slight wind). I want to make a special note about the host. Rachel was always there when I had questions. Extremely helpful all the way through our vacation. Communication was easy and prompt. Rachel also kindly provided a few extra bonuses to our vacation which we highly appreciated and really enjoyed. Above and beyond! We all cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!

My wife and two daughters had an amazing time in Fort Meyers Beach. The location is perfect for the beach, dining, or taking short trips to Sanibel/Captiva or Naples. The condo is well equipped with cooking supplies, modern appliances, and the beach supplies are the best! Rachel was amazing with communicating and answering any questions. Look forward to our next trip to Fort Meyers!

Great Condo

The condo was great, just as described and listed, very well stocked! We traveled with our kids ages 6 and 7 and the Beach Access / Walk to the beach was a breeze, less than a 3 minute walk. The beach was amazing, not too busy because public parking is limited so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Condo is in a convenient location, close to tons! Very easy and relaxing trip.

BEST vrbo and family vaca spot!!!

My husband and I brought our 6 and 7 yr old to Florida for the first time, and this was the best experience! Rachel is absolutely amazing, the best vrbo hostess, and her condo was stocked with everything we needed and wanted plus more. I would highly recommend!!! It’s such a short walk to the beach so you can enjoy sunsets every night and this south end of fort Myers beach is the best out of the 4 we tried around the area. It’s a retirement community which makes for a quiet and lovely experience. There’s lots of great food within 3 miles and even in walking distance and many activities to do.

Great Experience

Rachel is the best hostess we have ever had. The condo was perfect and fully furnished with everything a person could ever want or need. Really, a person does not have to bring anything except clothes and maybe some food. Staying here was one of the best vacation experiences. Hope to stay again!

Great place to enjoy a beach vacation.

Good location, nicely redecorated with the best appliances, beds and pillows comfy. Everything you need is there, including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon. Rachel is a wonderful hostess helping to make your vacation the best.

Beautiful property

We (3 friends) had a very relaxing week here. Rachel was so easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. Her unit is beautifully done and very comfortable. We loved it! We even got a little special surprise from her grill :) We didn't have the warm weather we had hoped for, but had a great time anyway.

What a treat !!! This beautiful unit was clearly renovated recently and has every little detail covered for your stay. Great location, safe and very clean. We stayed a glorious 2 weeks and already look forward to a return visit.

Perfect family getaway

The property was very clean and updated. We had a great time with close access to the beach. The only thing that was rough was the traffic between 4:30 and 7:30 pm to time square. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week

Vacation was wonderful, house was wonderful. I cannot think of a negative thing to say. There is EVERYTHING you need to a fun, relaxing, beach vacation. The area was quiet, and the beach hardly had anyone else on it, in our location. We will definitely be back! Rachel was great to work with.

Excellent Vacation

My family stayed at the condo for 2 weeks in the middle of July. As two adults, a teenager and a 9 year old, we wanted to have more room than a hotel suite could offer. We chose the condo based on 1) the location to the beach, 2) the central location in SW Florida, and 3) the photos of how nice the condo has been upgraded. The location to the beach is excellent, taking only 10 min to walk across the road and be in the water. We were supplied everything needed for a beach day: Chairs, umbrellas, sand castle toys, boogie boards, radio, cooler and a wagon to haul it all back and forth. The central location was perfect. We drove south to Marco island where we booked a shell tour with Treasure Seekers (VERY Highly Recommended) and spent a few days at beaches Naples and Lovers Key. We drove west to Sanibel Island and Captiva for a few days, trying out different beaches and taking in a nature reserve tour. We drove north for sa few days to Sarasota to try out Siesta Keys and then a couple days shark teeth hunting at Caspersen Beach ( we collect about 25+). The condo's location allowed us to explore the Beaches or just walk to one, it was up to us. The condo is as nice as the pictures depict. The appliances are upgraded and very high quality. The living room couch has is a large sectional with electronic reclining seats and huge middle arm rest for drinks. When we were exhausted from the beach, we spent alot of time here just relaxing and watching movies. The bedrooms are spacious and had plenty of room for the entire family. The bathrooms have been remodeled with great walk in showers, much better than you would see in anything less than a 5 start resort. Parking is right in front of the condo, making it a 1 minute journey from the car to the door, which is great when carrying all the purchases and groceries. We cooked much of our own food, which was easy with the fully stocked kitchen. For example, I made French toast the first morning because it was just like being at home. Rachel was very attentive. When we arrived, I messed up the code to enter and sent her a text. She responded within seconds and was very nice when I admitted I was putting in the wrong code. During the week, I asked her about a couple issues, nothing big, everytime she responded within minutes and went above and beyond to handle it. My family had a great experience and we would never stay any where else when visiting Ft Myers.

Family Vacation

Very clean. Looked to have been pretty recently updated. Short walk to beach. Not crazy congested like some beaches. Good restaurants. All the beach essentials provided. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. Only a couple issues during stay and they were quickly addressed.

Beautiful Property - Quiet Location

This condo was spectacular. As someone that loves VRBO's, the property owner has done a great job. Communication was excellent, the condo was exactly as shown, with everything you could possible want or need while you are there. We enjoyed that it was on the quiet end of Fort Myers. And traffic on Estero Blvd made it much easier to go south if you are looking for dinner or beaches but we loved the location. Easy walk to a beautiful section of beach. If we are back in Fort Myers I would definitely be checking if this place was available again.

Our trip

Beautifully updated and clean. Perfect for small family or couple. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as beach box with chairs and wagon. Great location across from Outrigger. Could not have asked for a better place!

Fantastic

This is a very nice place with beach access right across the road. The canal view in the back was great as well. Rachel is very responsive and made us feel very welcome.

Terrific experience

Our host, Rachel, provides an excellent vacation property. The only thing we had to bring was food. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a vacation at Ft Myers Beach.
