Ocean Beach Front Terrace

Come and relax in Rincon Puerto Rico! The property is located on the west coast of the island in an area of Rincon called Stella. The Beautiful home is right on the beach, the backyard is private and leads out to the beach. This floor of the home has a 1 bedroom with french doors that lead to the terrace with an amazing ocean view. The home features an open concept kitchen and living area, with eat-in kitchen island. We also have an 800 square-foot terrace for outdoor living. The terrace has plenty of sofa seating, dining area, hammock and a sunbathing chaise. This is a great place to relax and catch some sun, enjoy the views and see the stars at night. The sound of the waves will quickly help you release some of that built up stress. Morning and afternoon dips in the ocean is a favorite pass time for exercise or floating around in the waves. There is plenty of street parking in front of property. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area, we are a 5 minute drive from the center of Rincon where they have an Art fair every Thursday evening and farmers market every Sunday morning. There are two large grocery stores within a few minute drive of the home. There are many great surfing beaches in the area, the Stella Beach is more suited for swimming as the waves here area calmer.
