Completely Remodeled to the studs Penthouse Condo

Hurricane Update: Flippers (onsite restaurant), Lover's Key State Park and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach are open and as viable as ever. Several of the restaurants on the south end of Fort Myers Beach remain closed, but there are many restaurants open on the north end of the island (via trolley) and Bonita Springs shopping and dining is at100%

Penthouse Unit with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful 'Back Bay'. Few, if any of the units at the Lover's Key Resort offer the views that this unit does. While already stunning, this unit has gone through a complete gutted remodel in July 2021. It is one of the most stunning units in the building!! The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, but there is a new sofa bed for guests 3 and 4.

Nestled on Black Island where there are only 2 other resorts is Lover's Key Resort. According to the Travel Channel, Lover's Key is #4 of the top ten beaches in the world! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and virtually guarantee frequent dolphin sightings. Manatee, stingray, and sea turtles are also common sightings. Lover's Key State Park and the beach is just across the street but is currently only accessible at the main entrance to the park which is about a mile from the resort. It is accessible by trolley, private vehicle or on foot. All of the fun and nightlife of Times Square is just a short trolley ride away.

On site, there is a gorgeous pool, restaurant, tiki bar, fitness room, and library where a computer and internet access are available for your use. While at the resort, stroll along on the sand of the back bay or fish from the water's edge. Boat rentals, fishing charters, Everglade Tours, golf courses, and miniature golf courses are all just a short distance away.

Lover's Key is close to all of the action and fun of Fort Myers Beach and is only 20 miles from the world class shopping and dining found in Naples, but is quietly tucked into a tiny piece of paradise.

Awesome penthouse view

Grest time at this rental. Beautiful views of the gulf and bay from our room. Pool area is nice and relaxing had flippers on the bay restaurant right next door for Delicious food n drinks. Highly recommend flippers it was delicious! The only down side was not being able to walk to the beach because of ongoing bridge construction out by main road. Overall a great place!

Spectacular view!!

We loved everything about this 1 bedroom condo. The bed was super comfortable, the place was stocked with all the essentials and it was newly remodeled. The balcony was large and the view was amazing. The resort itself was very nice as well. The pool was great and it was about 20' from the bay. So close that I was able to fish and still hang out with my family while they swam. There is a beach within walking distance, but you must be sure footed as you have to walk down a steep cemented slope and walk underneath the bridge to Fort Myers Beach to get to it, but there was never anyone else there. Flippers, which is the restaurant onsite is very good.

Breathing Views

This property is 100% what they say it is. My husband and I both were thinking it might be too good to be true but that couldn’t be further from the truth! The view is of the bay, the gulf and the ponds of alligators from the balcony on the very top floor! You could literally see everything from there. The pool is so beautiful and right on the bay and we watched the dolphins while swimming! And it has a waterfall!! The state park beaches are beautiful and only minutes away. I’ve already started putting another trip together and we just left. Thank you Dave and Tina so much!!

Great Again and even Better

3rd time staying in this unit and fantastic as always. Resort is 100% recovered from the storm and FMB is finally getting closer to normalcy. Unit has some nice added touches since our last visit, constantly improving. Dave & Tina are great hosts and quick to respond to any questions you have.

Great host! Wonderful location!

The host really makes you feel like a priority! I had to message Tina with an issue. She was on it immediately and fixed the problem without hesitation. The penthouse has amazing views and it was perfect for me and my husband on my 50th birthday.

Exceptional experience

My husband and I came down from Minnesota with our two boys. We had a fantastic time! The penthouse condo was so nice with a great view! The pool was perfect for our boys who snorkeled their little hearts out! Tina and Dave were amazing too! Very thorough communication before arriving, available by cellphone if we needed them, we didn't, but how nice!They provided coffee, towels, pool accessories-noodles and cooler. Hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. They had great recommendations too! Tina said Flippers, which is right next door, was her favorite and we found out why! WOW!!! If your curious about that place, give it a try! Its worth every penny! We went twice and our only regret is we didn't go the first night too! Lol

Relaxing and Quiet

We stayed here for 9 days the end of April. Communication with Dave and Tina was excellent. Just before we arrived there had been a major burst in a mains water pipe that affected the whole area. Dave and Tina let us know all the info as they got it and filled the fridge with water for us. The condo had all the equipment needed and more for a self catering holiday. The bed was comfortable the shower was one of the best we have had in Florida excellent pressure. The trolly stop up the road was handy. Publix was a 5 min drive. The beach was a 10 min walk and very quiet. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again if we went back to Fort Myers area. Thank you Dave and Tina.

Penthouse 7

You REALLY cannot beat this location. Plenty of serenity yet still close to anything you need. Our host was amazing and accommodating. We took our John boat, pulled it right up on the beach. We fished every day, We saw in the Gulf, toured lovers key, visited the archeological park, saw dolphins, and watched every sunset from our balcony. I also cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful little kitchen. Thank you for the thanksgiving memories.

Wow!

I shouldn't rate this so high just to keep it to ourselves, but my goodness, this is such a great property and even better owners you have to experience it. We stayed for a little vacation post family trip. We've stayed on Fort Myers Beach and on Lovers Key (different building). This unit and these owners far exceed anything we've stayed at before We intend to stay again on future trips to SW Florida.

A glorious getaway

They accommodated with the most important essentials! Leaving us with an easy travel and shopping upon arrival. The views are amazing. The location between Bonita Springs and Ft Lauderdale Beach made for so many different places to visit. All this with the bonus of so much wildlife. Absolutely loved our trip!

Great place to stay

Whole process was nice and enjoyable. A coffee table is needed recommenation in front off new leather sofa. Bed was comfortable and allappiances were new.

Back and better than before.

2nd time here, once before Ian and now after. Unit was good before, it's better now, everything is new and modernized and the resort is like new. The resort repairs are done, it's like nothing ever happened. Pool area is the same which is great. Flippers is running at full steam. Dave & Tina are great owners, easy to communicate with. Love PH7 and will definitely return. FMB is slowly but surely coming back to life, but if you dont want to go that way, everything you could possibly need is a 10 minute drive south toward Bonita.

We live just 2 miles from this beautiful resort and have always admired it. Fort Myers Beach is where Tina and I honeymooned 25 years ago! Who would have guessed we'd be lucky enough to live here!

We have always been impressed with the cleanliness and location of this great resort. A recent change in management has made Lover's Key Resort one of the best buildings in Fort Myers Beach!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

While direct Gulf front units are nice, the views from this resort are even better (in our opinion). From this condo, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street and highly visible, but the wildlife in the back bay offer a 'two for one' value that few buildings can boast.
