In the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Casa Bella is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom single level home near the historic district and renowned Hotel Valley Ho. Each room is complete with comfortable and brand new Queen Bed mattresses. There is 1 queen Bed in each room. The newest offering by seasoned vacation rental owners Oriana & Justin are proud to offer you a sweet and new home to call your own. These seasoned VRBO/HomeAway owners run their homes like a 5 Star luxury resort.

There are two living room spaces and a wonderful outdoor back yard that is completely enclosed. The backyard is a paradise on it's own with a lush pebble tec pool and fun sitting step, beer fridge, outdoor TV and farm country style dining table. Cozy around the propane gas fire pit during cooler months with bistro lighting to add to the ambiance.

The views of Camelback and the expansive front yard of the corner lot bring peace serenity and maybe some inspiration to go for a stroll along the AZ Canal which is one street north of the home. Ambitious types could hike at Camelback Mountain taking in the scenic and rugged terrain within minutes of Casa Bella. For the leisure and pleasure of shopping, walk to the finest of shopping in town at the Scottsdale Fashion Square where you can find Apple, Gucci, Prada, Nordstrom and more and don't forget the Canal Shops in Old Town. Golfers can be on literally hundreds of courses within minutes and there are several other local attractions within less then 1mile to 10 miles: renowned Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Spring Training, Galleries, Restaurants, Entertainment, Casinos, Airports, (Scottsdale Airpark or Phoenix Sky Harbor) and resorts.

Bird - Scooters, Lime Bikes, PediCabs Uber, Lyft, Cabs and paths abound for local transportation -- Free Scottsdale Trolly and City bus stops are near this home.

Restrictions: No events, no parties, no bachelor or bachelorette parties, no guest permitted on property past 10pm.
