In our large House (casa nova) of 1850 renovated, with a large organic garden. and free parking; we propose a studio of 30 m ² oriented in the southwest, on the way of Cézanne, done again in nine with a big terrace, without opposite. This studio is very well located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature, independent, well isolated, 80 m from the river Arc and 5 to 10 minutes by car from the historic center, A8 close.
We are in the center of a leisure complex of Val de l'Arc of 24 hectares (sports fields, climbing wall, outdoor fitness area, bowling ...) with course for jogging or cycling along the Arc River.
The studio is in the middle of a garden, flowered with an organic vegetable garden; a large Weber gas grill and tables are shared in the garden.

We tried to simplify everything throughout your stay.

* Departures are at 10:30 and arrivals at 16:00. You can arrive before to leave your luggage. You can arrive late if you tell us.
* A small kitchen bottom is available: mineral water, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, pasta, tea, soluble coffee, salt, pepper, etc ...
To cook you have an induction hob and hood with the associated stainless pans, a microwave,

History and situation:
This house was to be a hunting lodge in the time of Roy René because its stables are 300 m.
The banks of the Arc are the place where the painter Cézanne painted the Viaduct and the Sainte Victoire mountain.
We are close to the place where Cezanne painted the bathers at the edge of the Arc near the Pont des Trois Sautets.
This family home has obviously been completely renovated and tiled with the same terracotta origin of the Var in Salerno.
The old windows, shutters, sink of blackcurrant stone, stone in the house have been restored and guarded.
The studio can accommodate 2 people, bathroom with shower, room with TV 83 cm and TNT, kitchen living with bay window opening onto a large terrace with two linden trees.
The studio is close to shops and 5 minutes drive from the city center and the historic center
(1.9 km).
Its access is easy because the exit of the south A8 motorway is near.
There is also a bus Aixois 200 m that allows you to go downtown.
If you have a Tesla car, you can have it refilled at the Ibis hotel which is on the A8 motorway.
