You can reach the apartment by car: it is ideally located 5 minutes from the TGV station of Aix-en-Provence. You will also be 2 minutes from the Technopôle de l'Arbois, 10 minutes from the historic city center of Aix and 15 minutes from Marseille-Provence airport.

Your stay will be facilitated by the provision of a private garage in the basement and by the presence of some local shops. Nearby public transport links also allow you to reach the city center.

The residence is secure, pleasant and quiet. Imagine sitting comfortably on the large shaded terrace enjoying a glass of fresh rosé and listening to the song of cicadas.

The modern and cozy decoration of this spacious apartment of 50m² with separate bedroom has been designed to make your stay pleasant, as well as the equipment like the very high speed WIFI internet.

You can rest comfortably in the double bed, on a quality mattress. The sofa bed will also welcome you with warmth. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped, clean and functional to help you get off to a good start or find comfort after a hard day's work.

Nature lovers will appreciate the immediate vicinity of the landscaped garden "The terraces of the Duranne" and hiking trails to admire the view of the surroundings: the Sainte Victoire mountain, the chain of Etoile, Mont Ventoux.

To facilitate your stay, a cot can be made available. The supply of linen is possible also.
