Royal Cottage on Lake Hamilton with Boat Ramp, WI-FI

Our cottage is on the edge of the lake so you can enjoy fishing, kayaking or just a stroll through the wooded neighborhood. Hot Springs is only a beautiful 20 minute drive away (this is approximate).

When you walk in the front door, the wall of windows in the living/dining area give a beautiful view of the lake; SMART TV in living area as well as a DVD player and movies. The kitchen is just off the living/dining area with all the amenities for making a nice meal. The bathroom/shower is just off the kitchen as well as the bedroom that has a queen size Arkansas cedar made bed. SMART TV & DVD player are provided in bedroom. We also provide some games and things for children in the cabinet below the kitchen bar.

Upstairs in our Logan's loft has an Arkansas cedar made trundle bed which can make into full size bed or two separate twin beds. A dresser and bench are also provided. SMART TV located in bedroom.

Update to our Smoking policy as of 9-11-20 - we are now allowing smoking outside only (cigarettes, cigars, vaping only). We do have an ash tray on the porch to dispose of cigarette/cigar butts. There is still NO SMOKING allowed inside the cottage - if there is any evidence of smoking (smell, burns, etc.) inside the cottage, there will be additional charges including carpet steam cleaning.

We do accept small dogs- if you have a larger animal please get approval before booking. Our pet fee is $30 per pet per night. If you are bringing a service animal please notify us.

A boat ramp is located between this cottage and the big 2-story house next door. Guests are allowed to utilize the boat ramp which is private to our own guests as well as the boat dock that is behind the 2-story house. (NOTE - we do allow our guests from other cottages to launch their boat) - Please do not park on the ramp.

Please do not remove the rocking chairs from the front porch. We can provide outdoor chairs upon request - contact management.

We do have a portable fire pit that can be moved around. Bring your own firewood.

If you use grill, please remember to remove the cover before lighting AND allow to cool before replacing the cover. Please be courteous and clean the grill before turning off. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Please note - Lake Hamilton is regulated by Entergy therefore we have no control over debris/trash that may float into cove. Also, this lake is lowered around the first of November to allow for owners to make repairs to docks/seawalls & to control algae and it varies from year to year. This may affect being able to utilize the boat ramp and boat dock. The lake is brought back up around the first of March.
