A beautiful home for a family.

Please book in 6 night increments. See baseball schedule in the photos to choose your dates for the week of your camp/visit. This way it leaves a full 6 day week available for each guest that books. The calendar is for both Cooperstown Dreams Park and the All Star Village, it is the same schedule for both baseball camps. Thank you for the understanding and feel free to message us with any booking questions.

Newly remodeled home with classic and modern touches, and fully furnished. 200 Feet walk to walmart and within walking distance of Southside Mall. 10 minute drive from restaurants to eat in or take out. 15 minute drive from Cooperstown All Star Village and 25 minute drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Back yard has mountain view and easy access to trails for walking and hiking. Perfect home for baseball families, parents moving their children into college and families with kids.

This home is newly remodeled and features all new appliances and furniture as it is fully furnished. All cooking utensils needed to create a large family meal are provided. Linens, shampoo and toiletries are also provided.

The first floor features a modern kitchen and dining area,one full bathroom , 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom and 1 spacious living room off the dining area.

The second floor features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a laundry area equipped with a new washer and dryer.


Everything is accessible inside the home and back yard. Also a fire pit in back yard. Access to mountain trails for walking and hiking are located right in the back yard.



Free parking on the premises. Bus transit available 200 feet over the hill at Walmart. Cab transit available by phone call.

Check in is 4:00P.M.
Check out is 10:00A.M.

WiFi included.

Amazon fire stick is best option for TV. Please make sure to log out when leaving at end of stay.

Available by phone or text message to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.

We also own and rent a 2 bedroom house next door so if you need more options for renting please consider. it is about a 75ft lawn between between the two properties.

The best rental in Oneonta!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, super clean and had every amenity you could think of. The updated kitchen and outdoor grill were great and my kids loved the huge backyard. The location to all star village was amazing if you are in town for baseball.

Perfect home for a week of baseball!

We were visiting the area as our son was playing at the Allstar Village in Oneonta. The host allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which I really appreciated. The home was clean, cozy, quiet and perfect for what we needed. The host even left some snacks, which our kids devoured. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Cooperstown ASV

Wonderful location to ASV for three families there for their son’s week 6 games. Very clean, well stocked (plates, bowls, etc) kitchen for meals to be cooked there between games, plenty of towels, laundry machine was wonderful too. Bit cozy couch for little to relax. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, beautiful back yard area for siblings to play. Less than 10min drive to the park and close to Walmart for supplies and several coffee places for early mornings.

Great property close to CASV!

We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!

Allstar village stay

We had a great 6 night stay at this property. It was a perfect location to town and to allstar village! We were able to see deer multiple times during the week. The house was nice and cold which was good because we were there during a heat wave. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels but Walmart was close by. It was very nice to have laundry too. We were able to check in 30 minutes early which was good to drop off luggage and head over to opening ceremonies.

Perfect location for your Allstar village stay

This home was amazing! 10 minutes from Allstar village and less than that to any restaurants and store needed. You're on a beautiful windy road with a private back yard. The house was update and clean, as described and in photos. The homeowners are super attentive if you need them. Anytime we reached out they were very responsive. Even helped to make sure that we could all view a sporting event on TV that we wanted to see! I would absolutely stay here again!

Baseball

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect. Very clean and lots of room. Also only 9 minutes from the field. Todd was very nice and responded to our questions quickly. If we come back next year we will absolutely be staying here again.

Excellent location and plenty of room

We stayed here for our sons Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The house was about 20-25min from the park, very easy to get to. Having a Walmart so close by that you can literally walk to was soooo convenient. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The backyard was big and my younger son enjoyed playing with the whiffle ball bats that were provided at the house. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Cooperstown.

Baseball stay

Beautiful house on a beautiful property. Close to everything. Cooperstown All-Star Village is about a 10 minute drive and downtown Oneonta is super close as well. Not a complaint, but strange layout. Four bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with two bathrooms. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect House!!

My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!

Spent the week here for Cooperstown All Star baseball. So easy and close, clean, well appointed, super responsive, and a pleasure to come back to after a day at the fields. Beds were very comfortable, and the house has an attention to detail that was much appreciated. Cheers!

We will be back!

Our family absolutely loved staying here!! Such a beautiful, spacious and clean home! The best part was it’s proximity to All-Star Village. We loved being able to come back and forth between games. The yard was amazing too and we enjoyed some BBQing and wiffle ball games! Our younger son comes back to play Cooperstown in 2 years and we won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect for All Star Village

This house is a rare find for any family coming for All Star Village! It’s proximity to the ballpark made going back and forth a breeze. The house is updated, clean, has everything you will need, and the beds are so comfortable!
