We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location is exceptional just steps to the beach and pool and it’s a beautiful, quiet, convenient location on the island yet close to stores and restaurants! The grounds are beautiful and lots of nature all around! Comfy, clean and fully stocked condo gave us the option to stay in and cook or grab take out and really relax! We especially enjoyed the lanai and easy access in and out! We really loved the pool area which was very clean and well cared for! We will definitely return to this beautiful location!

Margaret, being steps from both the beach and the pool while still tucked into a quiet corner of the island is exactly the balance this spot is known for. Glad the lanai, the stocked kitchen and the well kept pool area made staying in just as easy as heading out. The beach will be right here when you return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! Being right on the beach was such a treat — the views and easy access were unbeatable. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so relaxing. The condo itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Great location

This property is so conveniently located in Sanibel. We could walk to get coffee, groceries, lunch, etc or bike anywhere in Sanibel. It is just steps to the beach which was great with kids and to avoid parking at busy beaches. The condo was nice and we loved the lower level walk out. The beds in this particular unit were SO uncomfortable and really need to be changed. The condo itself could use some amor updating, deep cleaning, and upgrade on the amenities. It says it offers beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. They were available, but not in good shape at all, umbrella was broken and chairs were rusty and coolers, moldy, etc. It didn't ruin the trip by any means, but would have been helpful to have better amenities that are listed. We had an issue with the agitator on the wash machine also, it got off balance every load we did, so had to do a second spin each time. We would stay on this building again, but likely not this unit.

Amazing, relaxing, we want to go back like yesterday

This condo was in a great location. My family loves to bounce back and forth from the beach to the pool. We spent our mornings and afternoons at the beach which was a very short easy walk from our walk out patio to our late afternoons till evening at the pool. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. It was super clean. My only suggestion would be, that it is time to upgrade the sofa and chair in the living room. Its fine to sit on for a few moments. We could not get comfortable on it in the evenings to set down and watch a family movie.

Good Location

The condo is close to the beach and the location is east to get around the island to places. The inside could use an update.
