Condo was great! Clean and plenty of bedding and towels provided. Amazing view of the beach (right out the balcony’s.) The tile throughout the condo was in some rough shape but it looked like they were possibly getting ready to have the flooring replaced? Easy check in and directions provided before we arrived. The only thing that would have been better would be if the beach setup (chairs & umbrella) were included with this condo. Other than that, we had no issues or major complaints with this condo!

These condos is a very nice complex. The convenience of the beach right out your door and the location in destin - grocery stores & restaurants - super close!!!!This is our second stay at this facility but the first for this unit I would say the condo is average, needs updating but it works. The one bedroom with the multiple beds is great for a family, but there is NO closet in this bedroom which was a surprise to us The kitchen was all in working order with all necessary appliances! The master bath jacuzzi was very nice!Overall it was good!

great place but needs bathroom upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and an ideal location. My only complaint was faulty plumbing, but maintenance responded quickly. Would advise owner to update bathrooms and change out fixtures.

The beach view from the unit is amazing! The outside of the windows could use some cleaning though. This unit is older and the bathrooms are outdated. It could definitely use some updates. The toilets are slow to flush, floors have chips in them, bunk bed has staples sticking out of the top bunk, ladders aren’t secured, the rugs could use some steam cleaning and the grout in the tile left dirt all up our crawling baby’s legs and feet as soon as we arrived.

Regarding the beach setup, while complimentary beach service is not included with this rental, the condo does provide two lightweight beach chairs for guests to carry to the beach if they prefer not to rent chairs and an umbrella from the on-site beach vendor. Condo is less updated than others we have stayed in at Silver Shells. Bedrooms had an odor and beds were not comfortable.

Beach trip

Enjoyed our stay! The location of this unit is excellent- easy access to the pool and beach. Patio nice view. For after hours check in ask security guards for help- the garage gate code doesn’t work once in garage everything was per directions. Private elevator. Destin work the visit . We would stay again

Bday trip

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. The layout and bedroom setup were perfect for us. The view off the balcony is amazing. Property campus had heated pool and hot tub that was handy due to our trip being in November. Campus also had a playground area that was perfect for my younger kids.

Best Destin rental ever! Where do I even start.. the location, the beach, the proximity to all the fun things Destin has to offer. Will be renting again next year.

Beautiful View and plenty of room

Loved the condo. The view was spectacular, and the location is awesome. The 3 bathrooms was an enormous plus, and the beach and access was perfect. The only slight issue was confusion with the check-in process after 5 pm, but I called the emergency line and got help. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view of Emerald Coast! Beautiful sand and water!Condo could use a refresh…ie BR closet door not working, dryer rusted out, chipped tile. Just not what we expected from pictures on line. Family friendly, despite terrible odor from elevator area into unit. Apparently, “weed” which was tough to handle with kiddos.

Destin 2025 first time there

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gibson was easy to book but the process to get to your room was not clear at all they assume you have been there I had to find a maintenance worker to help us find the right elevator. Need to make the directions clearer.

Great view

We loved the location and the space. The kitchen could be better stocked. 4 bowls Isn’t enough for the size of the rental.

Perfect condo on the beach

Super clean, loved the room with bunk beds for the kids. I do wish it had a lock so they can’t just open the door and walk outside. Balcony is big with great furniture! The pool was the best we’ve stayed at. Only two critiques is the door in the bunk room not having an inside lock & only 2 key cards made it difficult with a large group. I would definitely stay here again.

Would stay a resort again but not this condo. Several issues with 906 that will stop customers from coming back. - toilet next to bunk room runs CONTINUOUSLY - faucet in 2nd master BR is broken - both lounge chairs on patio are broken - the icemaker NEVER dispensed ice through the door. - mold in master shower and tub. For the cost of the rental, would expect better.

Great family vacation

What a great condo and that VIEW :D Great place with quick access to the beach and amenities. Great walking distance to The Back Porch. Just FYI if you plan on heavily cooking, there are no spices, not even salt or pepper. Not sure if that is because of Covid or not, but just make sure you buy or bring your own. We stayed an entire week and we were very pleased with everything though, despite lack of some kitchen stuff. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Tired and needs a refresh

Great location, nice resort but the unit is in need of a refresh. Furniture was worn, many floor tiles cracked and in need of a deep cleaning. Would have liked to have a nicer facility for the premium being charged.

St. Maarten 906

Condo and overall property were wonderful. Communication with rental management agency was quick and easy. There is no binder or document in the condo outlining check in/check out procedures, nor was there clear communication on how to access the beach or pool area (you need fobs, which were eventually found in the condo). Providing this information would be incredibly helpful to limit initial questions and confusion. Once we were able to track down the information needed to access basic services, everything was great. Great sleeping layout for all ages, excellent location!
