Randy, Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the condition of the property did not meet your expectations — that’s not the experience we aim to provide at Log Country Cove. We take concerns like these seriously and will be reviewing the issues you mentioned: Furnishings: We understand the importance of comfort and aesthetics, and we’ll re-evaluate the furniture and decor in the home to determine what needs updating. Plumbing: We appreciate the heads-up about the upstairs drains and toilets not functioning properly. Our maintenance team will inspect these right away to ensure they are working as they should. Deck Safety: This is especially concerning, and we sincerely apologize. We will immediately address the raised screws on the deck to prevent any risk of injury. While we strive to keep our properties well-maintained, your experience shows that this home needs attention, and we’re grateful you brought it to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to improve and welcome you back for a better experience in the future. Thanks, Log Country Cove on Lake LBJ
