Welcome to the Solana condominium, proudly managed by North American Standard (Nasplaya). Conveniently located in the Sabbia condominiums in the center of Playa del Carmen. This comfortable unit has 2 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, one with a king bed and two with double beds. It is perfect for a family or two couples looking to enjoy Playa del Carmen. You will be able to start your morning with a coffee on your terrace or in your gym. Additionally, you will be able to spend the day relaxing in your pool, the game room, or enjoy a good barbecue at your grill.



The Sabbia condominiums are located on 34th Street and 20th Avenue, close enough to points of interest but far enough from noise. This condominium is a good place to be able to rest. Additionally, it is very close to the most popular restaurants such as: Chez Celine for breakfast, Aguachiles for lunch, and Hijas de la Tostada for dinner.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.

We had a wonderful stay at the Solana Condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Close to the excitement but quiet enough to relax and enjoy. Stunning just like the photos.

We booked an apartment at the Sabbia Condo in Playa del Carmen through NAS Playa. The apartment was just like the photos, nothing to say, it was truly stunning. Thank you so much, Luis, for everything you did. We were waiting for a taxi at the Cancun airport to take us to the apartment the instructions for self-arrival were clear and precise. Throughout the stay, Luis was always very responsive to the various requests I had. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Luis, for his kindness, support, and availability! I wouldn't change a thing it was perfect. 🙏🏻

Quiet flat with pool & gym | Close to everything

We enjoyed our time at this comfortable flat located within walking distance to most places on 5th Avenue and the beaches (the best of Playa!). The location is convenient, yet it remains very quiet. You will definitely get your rest here when not sightseeing. The flat also has local art touches and all the kitchen comforts of home (even baking supplies). The large central pool and gym are among the perks. Many places in Playa have small rooftop pools, but this one is set ground level in a beautiful courtyard. It's a great alternative for non-beach days or squeezing in extra lounging time on actual beach days. We would stay here again and highly recommend the flat!

Chill in the Tropics

The artistically arranged condo has a balcony overlooking the pool that will give you that chill feeling that only happens when you can put your feet up & truly relax. So close to both local & touristo attractions, offering all the conveniences you'll need to be able to feel comfortably "at home".

Very Nice Accommodation: Highly Recommend!

A beautiful, clean, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment that includes a large kitchen, dining and living room, plus a nice airy balcony. I really loved swimming in the pool each day and then lounging in the jacuzzi. Also loved all the nearby cafes in the area like Chez Celine, Choux Choux, and Elemento. The location is ideal, in that it is within walking distance of the beach and all the shops along 5th avenue, but far enough away so that you feel as though you are living in a quiet neighborhood but having the beach and the night life at your fingertips if so desired.

Wonderful apartment! Even grandma loved it!

The place was perfect. We were only a few blocks walk from 5th Ave and we had safe and secure parking for our rental car. The walk in shower and elevators were great for my grandmother. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook and eat on the cozy patio. The pool area was so relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of spots if you wanted to sun or read in the shade. The staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of clean linens for us and the place was very clean and cozy. It didn’t feel like a cold hotel room or like we were invading someone’s house - just very comfortable. Must say my favorite part was seeing the iguanas perched on the property wall.

Beautiful Condo Perfectly Located in Playa

We loved these accommodations! The condo was immaculatly clean with a wonderful balcony. The view was not only of softly swaying palm trees but also the pool. It's located on the quiet end of the pool so it is very peaceful as well. Having 3 bathrooms was much appreciated ... one in each of the two bedrooms but also a small one off a hallway that friends or the kids could use. The location was great in that we only had a short walk to all the sites, including the beach, many restaurants (which were all fabulous!) and the main street of Fifth Avenue. Plus it was really nice to be a bit off of Fifth Ave for a quieter living experience. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything you would need to cook in if desired. Used the washer/dryer conveniently located in one of the closets. The staff was so nice & promptly fulfilled every request we asked of them. Would we stay here again? A resounding YES would be the answer. It's just so great to have a worry-free vacation about where you're staying so you can enjoy the fun & relaxation that you came to Playa for! Sue & Kris

Great Location with a Pool and Two Jacuzzis!

This is a beautiful place in a fantastic location. My husband and I were looking for a convenient location with a swimming pool and close to the beach. The two jacuzzis are an added luxury and it's only a short walk to Fifth Avenue, with the sights, shops and restaurants and the beach only a few minutes away. This is our favorite place to stay in Playa del Carmen and we will keep coming back!

We come to Sabbia every year. This was the first time in this condo. It was what we expected and more. Clean, quite, convenient. We love the gym and pool table at Sabbia. My kids love the pool.
